Had a paint job done. They didnt prime or clean the parts they were painting. They basically painted over what was allready there leaving speckled marks along paint. Dont get you work done here. The communication with this shop is a poor excuse.

The team over at Hartford Auto Body LLC treated me like family when my front bumper rusted and fell off due to the flash flood over the summer. Being female student from out of state, working with the guys at HAB was such a refreshing experience. They came out to assess the damage to my car and guided me on how to correct it, even letting me borrow their tools (because I wanted to fix it myself). This kind of hospitality is something I'm used to in small towns but never yet in the city. 10/10 would recommend going to Hartford Auto Body for small-town, trustworthy feel and results you can trust. Will be going to them for future maintenance. Thank you!!

DO NOT COME HERE. I had to take them to court to get my money back, will be up loading a few videos of how they returned my car. Painted my car 3 times and couldn’t get it right. Literally the worst body shop in the north east region of the US. Paul specifically is a shystie person. I could’ve done what they did in my yard with a can of paint. Man’s couldn’t even get the correct paint color. 20 years later and still don’t know what he doing is crazy. DO NOT COME HERE.

Brought my rear lip to get painted here and was very disappointed when I put it next to my rear bumper and the paint was completely off! Not only did it take them 3 days to paint it they also changed the price from $250 to $260 for no reason at all and didnt even get the color right . Just very dissapointint results. Also there was over spray on the lip which left a drop of dried up paint 🤦‍♂️
