★★★★★ Had been using a place in Middletown. Had issues with car and did not believe that they were correct on problem. Went to Roggis and the came up with a differnt issue. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond on making sure I was satisfied, and almost $2,000 savings if I had other facility perform work. Plus they would not of solved my problem and would of said I needed more work done. Roggi's my new go to place, it was nice to deal with professionals and not someone trying to pad commissions.

★☆☆☆☆ Went three times three different cars first time broke oil spout. Fixed no additional charge. Second time asked for check about a used car that I wanted to buy. Flyers said second options were free but I was charged $200. Week later after I bought the car oil light went on. Brought it back needed to add a quart of oil. Light went off no charge. Two days later brought the car back sunroof didn’t open said it needed to go back to the dealer could not fix it. Brought it to the dealer put a little grease on it and it works fine. Last time car making noise on start up only left the car over night three times. $1400 repair bill still made noise. Last time they checked the oil added some noise went away. Won’t be going back. RESPOSNE to ROGGI I am leaving out the issues with the 2009 and 2017 Mercedes do to space limitations. 2011 ML. I bought this car because of engine noise which only occurred on start-up. Day one of the repair your team indicated that the drive belt system needed to be replaced at that time I agreed and all the belts and gears and parts recommended for this repair were done. At this time I was informed that an oil leak existed and declined the recommended repair, which was quoted to me to be more than $1000 on top of the $1000 I already paid for this belt repair. After picking up the car the next day, the car continues to make the same noise. I returned to Roggi’s to see if something else needed to be addressed. Recommendation: the car needed a new battery since it was low, and since it was low and the car needed more cranking power to turn over the engine. I approved this repair. Once again the next day the car continued to make the same noise, returning the car again to Roggi’s, this time the belt was removed and replaced to see if the engine noise could be found. Ie. The car ran without the belt and the car continued to make the noise without the belt and the new battery, therefore the belt and battery were not the issues, but this time a team member identified that the car needed four quarts of oil. My question to you is if your team identified the oil leak did they check the oil? Because according to you I declined to repair the oil leak, but since the oil was added the car has not made any noise. Also from the day you told me I had an oil leak and the day the 4 quarts of oil were added the car was driven around 100 miles, since the car was in your shop for multiple days, I don’t think the car burned 4 quarts of oil in that timeframe. Your email response to me, you provided me with with extensive instructions on how to electronically measure process you need to follow to check the oil levels on my cars, since “ [my] vehicle does not have a traditional dipstick for manual oil level checks” That news to me since according to your team when I picked up the car the oil was clearly in the the red, and since I last picked up the car from Roggi’s I check the non existent dipstick weekly, by the way both cars have a dipstick, maybe newer models don’t. I can forgive one or two mistakes, but I cannot even count the number of errors made by your team. Your team's basic knowledge leads me to question whether or not any work performed on any of my cars was either necessary or correct. In closing I leave you with this if you would like to discuss anything further I would be happy to do so.
