I've been here 3x, referred by a friend of mine. Nelson, the owner, is good people and fair about the prices and services. Plus the waiting room doesn't smell like motor oil lol. It can get busy there though, so call ahead and make arrangements. 5 stars if there was a loaner or shuttle service and if the other person(s) that sometimes pick up the phone (other than nelson) had better customer service/phone skills. Don't let that deter you from giving this shop a try. They have fixed my thermostat, changed my oil, replaced my battery, and replaced my manifold intake.

Nelson is great and is really nice, the problem is that when he is on vacation the rest of the employees seem to not care as much. I had asked for help assessing some issues with my car that I took to the dealership which was offering a warranty replacement. It seems that after World Auto Services had my money, they no longer cared about my problems, the man who answered the phone wasn't interested in helping, said he didn't remember things about the car, and when I asked if he could reach out to Nelson who was the one who actually worked on mine, he said "I'm not going to do that". I've been waiting for 2 days to hear them get back to me, hasn't happened yet, nor do I expect it to. Sorry Nelson, please take control of your employees, next time I'll spend the 130 dollars I spent on your diagnostic elsewhere.
