Sam is a consummate professional and highly skilled. His experience with MB, Audi, BMW, VW, et al, is unmatched by anyone in the Hartford area. No matter what the issue - he's seen it, diagnosed it and fixed it. Uber professional, his shop is immaculate. When I went in for my first oil change and to investigate a leak, he spent well over an hour and a half going over every aspect of my vehicle and advising on cost/timing of repairs. I think he charged $115. Incredible. Do not hesitate to get your vehicle repaired here.

I haven't used this service yet but am definitely looking forward to it. I think my transmission is gone and did not know exactly what to do. I sent this person Sam, an email inquiring what I should do and he took the time, each and every time to write me back and address my concerns. Also I noted his price was cheaper than the other garage I called for this problem. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about my car but I do know that if a person could take the time and patience to address my concerns like this man did, he can fix my car any day of the week. Good people are hard to find these days.

I unfortunately let my car go a bit during Covid since Ive been WFH. Now that I need to travel more, I was staring down the barrel of a bunch of fixes I had put off and very high quotes from many other shops that weren't able to take me immediately. Sam took my car in and fixed it quickly for a great price. Don't be fooled by the humble parking lot and business sign, the interior is clean and extremely professional. He's a great guy who kept me in the loop about repairs the entire time. Can't recommend him enough!
