Not sure where the disconnect is with this business but I badly needed an oil change before driving back to VT and scheduled an oil change with place online for first thing in the morning. When I arrived for my appt after receiving multiple appt confirmations I’m told they couldn’t do it.

This is by far my go to spot to get my car serviced. The wait time isn’t bad at all, they are quick & efficient. All the guys there always make me feel welcomed. DO NOT COME HERE! I had an appointment at 11am for an oil change, they told me to wait 45 minutes, THEY NEVER STARTED THE SERVICE. I waited 2 hours and NOTHING! I told the manager that I couldn't wait any longer, and he told me that he was NOT interested and that I could leave. THIS IS A DISGUSTING SERVICE. Go to other places, don't waste your time here, people come without an appointment and they serve them first. SAVE TIME AND BAD TIMES.

Horrible customer service. Walked in, white guy with grey hair did not great me or give eye contact. Went in for a headlight and all he said was “my guys are all tied up right now”. No day or time to come back, just rude. If you don’t like what you do change careers

It is with great sadness that I come here to express how sad I am with this workshop. I came here 2 weeks ago to have my car, a "Subaru," issued and I failed. Until then, everything was fine. I asked the workshop to repair the problems that made my car fail. They simply repaired the car, and the problem was not resolved. "And they returned the car to me with the problem unresolved." I picked up my car and drove off the same day. I returned to the workshop, explaining that the car had the same problems and that nothing had been resolved. They saw that the problem continued. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility. And because I saw that they ignored me, I drove off because I noticed that they did not want to take responsibility. "And one of them told me to bring your car another Monday," and I took my car another Monday as agreed, and they gave me another quote of $3,470. In short, I spent all that the first time because they could not solve the problem. of my car $847 dollars. I paid but it was empty, it hurt me a lot because I felt like I had thrown my money away, I only have the following to say to you: may God continue to bless your business and thank you very much.

Arrived at the shop at 8:46am to have a tire replaced. Granted I did not have an appt but I was driving an Enterprise rental and Enterprise had directed me to this shop, since they have a contract with them. I brought the car in at 8:46 and explained to the staff the situation. They explained to me it would take an hour since I didn't have an appt. I agreed and waited. I didn't get the tire replaced until 11:00am. During this time period I did ask a few times about the status and all I got in response was that the technician was working on it. When I finally peaked back at the workers area, the car hadn't even been lifted yet. When I asked, they said the original technician got stuck on the hwy and was on the way back and that's why it took so long. Staff proceeded to tell me I was lucky they did the replacement since I didn't have an appointment. If the staff had told me they would take 2hrs to replace a tire, I would've simply said no thanks, and went elsewhere. But I stayed because he initially assured me it would take an hour. Very unprofessional shop. Strongly recommend finding another shop if in a hurry or not dropping off to pick up. They will make you sit there for hours waiting.

Price gouging at it's finest. My ex-wife's car actually needed a right rear wheel bearing and front passenger ball joint. Was told it also needed rear axles and brake pads. I'm a master tech and know exactly why they said that. It's because those parts are coming off during the wheel bearing replacement anyway, so why not rack up the costs? The pads, calipers, and rotors are less than six months old. When I heard him say pads I knew the attempt to gouge was coming. Actual cost to get the two things that needed fixing was $850 at the shop she had it brought to after Monro. She's also getting tires for $1,350 at another shop. Total cost to my ex-wife is $2,150 when she brought it elsewhere. Guess what this Monro quoted her for the job with all the unnecessary stuff added in.....$6,100. I worked at Monro once and the location I was at was honest and did only what was necessary. I enjoyed working there because I felt that we were helping people out that didn't have much in the way of finances. This particular location should be shut down or the people pricing the jobs should be fired. Absolutely immoral to try and rip a female customer off in that manner.

Monroe was very good. I needed the rear brakes services. It was easy to set an appointment online and the people at the shop were friendly and helpful when we brought the vehicle in for the work. It was more expensive than I would have thought but prices are going up all the time. They had it ready in our required timeframe. They pointed out some other concerns on the vehicle and were fine when I said I wanted to hold off on doing those now. I would recommend them

I had an emergency issue with my '01 Acura TL. The car blew a seal. The mechanic showed me the seal and how it was cracked in 2 places. The care and transparency was top-notch. The quality of work is 10/10 because the car is running as it did prior to the oil issue. (Legit, the car went thru almost 5L container of oil to drive 2 miles home from work.) I gave them a 4 star only because I thought I would have gotten a text or phone call that the car was ready. They DID give me a window of time, which is why I left and came back around the duration they gave me. Upon arriving, the car was ready. I was treated with respect and kindness being a female in an industry typically known for male mechanics and that made me feel good about going there. I recommend them.

This place is a mixed bag. The guy at the desk is great. He's kind and friendly, and makes you feel at ease. I had a negative experience with a mechanic, though. He scolded and swore at me for an error that was admittedly equally the fault of all parties. I get it, it's frustrating to do a bunch of work and then have to undo it. But you should never swear at a customer.

Man at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Had an appointment for 9am and was informed due to many call outs I might have to reschedule. But that was something that wasnt possible for me so he made it work and had my car done in a timely manner. The person who worked on my car was also great he double checked all his work and after taking it for a test drive he was not fully happy and made some adjustments. Will definitely be back for future work. Thank you
