Went to get a tire as I was told by the dealer they could not repair it after initially saying they would. It was well after 5 pm and initially went to price out the tire but AJ was great. He said let's at least see if we can fix it. 20 minutes later, done. Saved myself close to $400. he wasn't even going to charge me but I insisted. Honest and very fair. Will definitely be giving them my business.

This place was great. Went in for an alignment due to slight passenger side tugging and found out it was moderate. They then proceeded to show and tell me why as we looked under the car where some items are getting worn. Recommendations were made and acknowledged; I appreciate the transparency. The alignment [and tire rotation because why not] we're done in a timely manner.

I had a simple tire patch I needed done. I first went to one of the big name shops and was told it was a 3hr wait. Just for a patch? I looked for a small local shop and found AJ's. I pulled up and was able to get my tire fixed in 10min for the same price as the big shops. From now on I'm going to them. Same or better pricing than the big shops on tires and service and much faster.

Great service and great prices! Needed tires on current car dismounted and put on to new wheels and mounted to the car. Everywhere including America's Tire were going to charge me $200+ but AJ's charged me only $70! Come here if you want a great deal with great service!

AJ Tires supports their local community! They offer discounts to the the nurses who work across the street at Long Beach Memorial, and they allowed nurses to use their employee restroom while they were on strike. The hospital wasn't allowing nurses to use the restroom. So, AJ tires has my business. I feel better supporting a small business that gives back to their community rather than Walmart or something.

This is place is a scam.couples months ago.i purchased 4set brand new tires.after 2 or 3months after.i noticed 2 tires at rear.was used tires.real bad tires and bald.unsafe to drive.i almsot got into accident becouse of the bad tires they installed.i cane back to let them know whats going on.they come up with a bullshit reason.i hope the manager or the owner can read this.i will going to file a complaint to automotive business burea

Great working people and great prices for alignments. I got an alignment here for my Mazda with lowering springs and the first time I got it. The steering wheel was slightly off centered when driving straight. At the same time, it was the end of the work day. Since the receipt I was given had a 5 day warranty, 5 days later in the morning, I came back and asked if they could remediate the off centered steering wheel. They took my car in, test drove it, did an alignment again, and it fixed the problem. Thank you for honoring the 5 day warranty!!

First time getting auto care in Long Beach and super glad I found this place. Bought 4 used tires and had 4 brake pads and rotors replaced all under $1k. Staff is bilingual in English and Spanish. Friendly with good prices. Comfortable office for waiting and close to bus stops if you need to leave your car. I would recommend them to others. The service was also done very quickly.
