Joe is a super cool guy. Did an excellent job wiring up the speakers in my '63 Nova. Also had an issue with my starter trying to leave the shop and he had a guy come help get it running so I could drive home. 10/10 would come back!

Joe is the best! He helped walk me through what I would need to change my terrible stock Subaru head unit into a nice Android Auto head unit. Prices were very fair and he really takes the time to do good work. The first install looked great, wiring was well concealed, but there was an issue with the backup camera component. Joe was quick to order a new part and fix the backup camera at no extra cost. He is the man and I'll definitely be back when I want to upgrade my speakers!

Al & Ed's Pasadena definitely deserves 5 stars. Joe is very professional. They installed an Alpine head unit in my car, and everything works great - Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM, the sound, and even the steering-wheel controls. My car is a BMW with some proprietary electrical quirks, but they handled it without any issues. I'm 100% satisfied with the end result. I approached this whole thing as a project, and they really took the time to do it right. I had checked with another large retailer first and didn't feel confident they could handle the complexity. Glad I went with Al & Eds. This is the go-to place for car audio in Pasadena.
