I have enjoyed Aldan American double adjustable shock absorbers and springs on my street and race car for many years which have been outstanding! They provide a great ride quality on the street, they have plenty of adjustability, and they make my car perform very competitively on the track with no issues ever. Recently I went back to have my shocks rebuilt while Aldan was installing stronger springs that I wanted for some upcoming track events. Aldan's great customer service, reputation, and outstanding product are well known and I was extremely pleased with the quick turnaround and build quality. The President/Owner Garrett Harmola is a huge enthusiast and a class act, I highly recommend their company and outstanding product!

I purchased the recommended coilovers for my 1946 GMC truck with an S10 frame from Alden American. It was a huge improvement from the original springs and shocks. However, I still wanted to improve the ride. Aldan American didn't have the parts I wanted to try but instead of telling me they didn't have the parts and telling me they couldn't help me, they went above and beyond by locating the parts I needed. Garrett, the Aldan American employee that was helping me, found the parts at one of their competitors and gave me the part number. After installing the new parts with my Aldan American coilovers, my truck rides much smoother now. I am pleased with the ride and I can't thank Garrett enough for his help. The service at Aldan American is the absolute best. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Aldan American!! An exceptional quality product made in the USA! Probably one of the most transformative details of the car was ditching the weak and heavy factory leaf spring rear suspension for a pair of Aldan Coil Overs. The pile of parts alone that got scrapped for two handfuls of aluminium and a pair of coil springs, much more aesthetically pleasing while saving weight and doing the job better than the factory parts never could. True believer and the performance speaks for itself! @dethtrapgasser has never been faster or more comfortable! Hooking and booking these Aldan American Coil Overs keep it straight down the track cooking!

I called Aldan American to ask if they make a coil-over shock kit for my 1960 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 2 door coupe. I was redirected to Gary Nelson. He told me that there had been a few others looking for the same set up that I was. No other company makes coil-over shocks for this car. Gary asked me to send him some pictures of my cars suspension. Two weeks later Gary e mailed me with very good news. They made me a custom coil-over shock kit for my Oldsmobile. The customer service is great. There workmanship is first class. A great company to do business with. Thank you, Rick and Tya.

Purchased a set of coil overs for a 87’ Monte Carlo. They went in great. One of them leaked after installing and was a little upset. Boy did Rick in customer service solve my issue. They shipped me a replacement shock without question. I didn’t even have to send the defective one back first. That’s what I’m talking about! I’m a car collector mostly chevy’s. I have 7 of them and I have Aldan American coil overs on all them. The Quality of them is hands down the best. As soon as you open the box and pick them up you can tell no corners are cut making them. The instructions they come with are good and easy to follow. They aren’t to hard to install. If you can install a coil spring and a shock you can install these. The ride quality is beyond amazing. With the turn of a knob you can go from a comfortable daily driver to a track ready monster. I have not had a single problem and I’ve been running them for close to 5 years now. From the coil overs to the customer service I couldn’t be happier!

I just upgraded my '63 Chevy Nova from an older style coilover to the Aldan American Nova kit and it made such a difference. The kit makes the entire front suspension simpler and stronger while the ride quality is noticeably smoother and quieter. Definitely worth the upgrade. Also, really appreciated that Aldan had a whole Youtube installation video online. I think we can all agree that watching a video is leaps and bounds better than reading some black and white install instructions.

I have their product on my car for over 2 years. As I go back and forth between autocross and drag racing, they have given me guidance on the settings and adjustments to give my car peak performance. I have improved my 60' times from a 1.8, to a 1.6-1.5 consistently at the track. If you have any questions they are willing to work with you and support you in any way they can. I recommend and have helped install a few of their suspension parts on Corvettes! Best priced solution for racing at the moment! Give Garrett a call and let him know Paul sent you! I was looking to upgrade my suspension while also removing the 2 inch gap between my fender and tire. I tried lowering springs previously which didn't change the ride or height at all. I eventually came across Aldan American coil overs and decided to give them a try. When the coil overs arrived, everything I needed was in the kit (purchased sku 300124). The instructions provided were also very detailed and simple to follow, complete with pictures. The videos available on their website were also a huge help. After installing, I am extremely satisfied with not only the look, but also the performance. The car feels much more planted when riding through canyon roads or even turns on city streets. Everywhere I go people comment on my stance and what I did to achieve it. The adjustability is great as well and you can really dial in the ride height to your preference. I'm extremely satisfied with Aldan's products and if I have the chance, will be buying from them again. If you're looking to upgrade your suspension performance, give them a chance. I added the Level 2 Coilover Conversion Kit with POL control arms to my 1970 Pontiac Grand Prix and wow, what an improvement! The installation was quick and straightforward and the car rides amazing now! First upgrade for the suspension in over 40 years and it’s a world of difference. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone in the market. This particular kit was made for GM A-Body vehicles, but they have a bunch of applications for all sorts of cars.

I came across Aldan American a few years back when I started to first build my 1988 Monte Carlo. I ended up going with Hotchkis Fox Shocks. I recently upgraded my drivetrain and the Hotchkis shocks was not ready to handle high performance. I was in the market again for a new suspension set up and I went into the Signal Hill office and I met Gary. I talked to Gary for over 30 minutes about the products they offered and the outcome I was looking for. He offered 2 options for the G body which are the Spohn control arms set up or the SPC control arms set up. I choose to go with the SPC controls arms because of the adjustability they offer on caster and camber. When running 24” rims high performance options are very limited. Gary informed me about the big rim kits that offer customs shocks that allow you to dial in your stance perfect with a huge performance upgrade being double adjustable. Since the build is all murdered out Gary suggested that we go with all black anodized coilovers. The quality of the ride has changed drastically since upgrading to this coilover kit. The ride feels as if I’m driving in a new car. The car hugs the road on all turns and when going over dips and bumps G body tends to have a boaty and floaty feel but that is no longer the case with the double adjustable coilovers. It’s crazy to say that I went in to Aldan American looking for some information and in a couple of months I had the opportunity to become an Aldan Ambassador. I’m truly ecstatic with the results that I have gained with upgrading to Aldan American coilovers. I highly recommend anybody trying to gain performance in their vehicle to check out Aldan American.
