My repairs were actually done very well, but I had horrible issues with customer service. My truck was done on Friday, but they called the wrong number, which was their mistake, I had the correct number on paperwork, so I didn’t get my car. I called myself Monday and they told me I opted out of messages and they left a voicemail, this led me to have to rent a car for a couple more days. I drove back to work and noticed my backup camera and touch screen monitor wasn’t working and the lady tried to tell me it was like that when I took it in which was a lie. I had to get the manager involved and he spoke to the mechanic and he told us he forgot to connect it when they re installed the bumper. So I didn’t get my truck in time and was lied to about the issue with my camera , so I would not recommend this place because of the employee.

Dropped my Honda passport 2021 off for Insurance claim repair. Had a very difficult time getting ahold of anyone at the office/shop. Unreliable front desk clerk. Doesn’t return calls. This company did horribly in contacting Insurance assessor. Also over charged on parts and to find out the parts that were installed were used. The worst part was the turnaround time to get my truck back was delayed by this companies poor communication and work ethic. The female with tattoos lied thru my entire experience with me betrusting my truck there and receiving an unexpected undertaking.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crash Champion Collision Center in Signal Hill.(1851 Obispo Ave, Signal Hill, CA 90755) My Mercedes Benz was hit on the front bumper while parked at the gym, and unfortunately, I was assigned this shop by the insurance company of the person who hit my car. Looking back, I deeply regret not choosing a repair shop recommended by my Mercedes Benz dealership because this shop has proven they cannot properly handle luxury vehicles — or perhaps any vehicle at all. From the start, they refused to replace my bumper and insisted they could simply "paint it." I assumed that meant they would paint the entire bumper, but instead, they just painted small patches. The first time I picked up my car, I noticed they had completely missed a spot, and in some areas, the paint was thinned out to the point I could see black showing through. When I returned the second time, they still hadn’t addressed some simple scratches on the fender. This required me to leave my car yet again and make a third visit. The third time, a day after some, clips on my bumper were misaligned and hadn’t been properly attached. Each time I raised these issues, I was met with excuses. They claimed they were busy that week, said my concerns were "minor issues," and argued that my bumper didn’t need replacement. They even admitted they "forgot" to fix the scratches I had pointed out. It felt like a never-ending cycle of excuses and wasted time. Zach assisted me and on my last visit, the manager assisted me. While I appreciated their help, it still felt like too much time and effort was spent correcting their earlier mistakes. They proudly advertise a "lifetime warranty," which now makes perfect sense to me — they know their work isn’t up to standard, and you'll be forced to return again and again. After sharing my experience, I discovered that other customers have faced similar issues. This pattern of poor workmanship, careless mistakes, and endless excuses seems to be a common theme at this shop. I strongly advise anyone considering Crash Champion Collision Center to think twice and seek a reputable shop instead, especially if you own a luxury vehicle.

Crash champions daily text updates were very convenient and informative,but unfortunately that was the only positive experience with them. I had to bring back my Dodge Durango once on the same day I picked it up due to rear bumper not being aligned properly. Even though the fix was simple and quick it was an inconvenience to return. A day later in the sun I noticed there was over spray on the front interior door panel of the passenger door. I was able to remove after some scrubbing. There appears to be a lack of quality control at Crash Champions. There needs to be a focus on quality of work also not just efficiency. I was really hoping on giving Zach a positive review.

Dropped off my Dodge Durango for some damage it had on the rear bumper. Brought it in to Crash champion and was greeted by Danny and his team. My service advisor Bryan helped me and went through all the step's of getting my vehicle back to tip top shape. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Dropped off my vehicle same day and was kept informed with the progress of the repair. They even let me know as soon as the car was about to go into paint. Next day got a text letting me know my vehicle would be ready at 4. I showed up met up with Bryan we inspected to vehicle together he made sure I was happy signed some papers and was back on road. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family thank you guys at Crash Champion !!!

Please don’t walk from this place RUN! The only competent person in this facility is Jessica E. She is straight forward and understand the situation on how your vehicle should be repaired . Unfortunately, the rest of the incompetent staff is clueless. I tried giving this place an opportunity to repair my vehicle, but the lack of knowledge and attention to detail from the rest of the staff is appalling. I was dropping off my vehicle for repairs when I decide to ask the staff a few questions and to go over the repairs and the process. Well, the temporary service writer (Hispanic) male, decided to go over my initial estimate and state that they cannot guarantee me that my repairs will come out great and that no one will notice my car was repaired in the area. The whole point on is repaired the vehicle is to fix just that! He smiles and states it’s best you go shop somewhere else. Sounds like a great way to gain one’s business and confidence. If you need body repair, please look somewhere else if you’re given this location by your insurance company, please look somewhere else.

Great service and finished the car ahead of schedule. There was some overspray I noticed and they fixed it right away. A wheel had to be adjusted and they also took care of it. Car was super clean at pick up -i t was a mess when I dropped it off. Interface with AAA insurance was seamless. They did a great job so I brought it back for some out of pocket cosmetic work separate from the insurance.
