I was extremely pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision Signal Hill. I can't really comment on the actual repairs (everything looks good!) but the customer service was so excellent. They interacted with my insurance company on my behalf, arranged for my loaner rental car and communicated with me on the status of the repairs on almost a daily basis. The work was completed about a week ahead of the estimate. Highly recommend

Amazing service! When I dropped my car off, I told the receptionist about the terrible time I had a few years ago at a different Caliber location. She told the manager who actually came out to introduce himself and ensure me that they would take care of me. That extra effort by both the receptionist and the manager was really impressive to me. They actually cared about my experience even though it was a different location that gave me an issue before. I was told my car would be done in two weeks, but they actually finished in less than a week! This shop turned a really stressful experience into a breeze. I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I will only ever go to this location. Thank you!

This repair shop went above and beyond in communication and helping me. My adventure began when I realized that I had taken a bus that wasn’t going down the street and it would have been a 17 min walk which originally is fine but….. I have three broken toes and a shoe boot on! Alex came to my rescue and brought me to Caliber Collision. Once I picked up my car I headed to the library to return some overdue books and on the way there I stopped for coffee. As I came out of the coffee shop I tried to use my Key FOB to unlock my car but nothing happened when I pressed the unlock button. And instead of panicking I chose to call the repair shop again and the mgr Alex said he would call me an Uber to Best Buy to get a battery replacement and then he would provide another Uber once I was finished. Their customer service and relations was way above board. And to top the whole adventure off… the Uber license plate had two sevens in it! Which means completion! So I owe this shop a huge amount of gratitude for staying right there with me thru all the struggles! Thank you for the customer service, support, and genuine professionalism. In a world where selfishness and greed are rampant… it’s nice to know there are some businesses who actually do CARE! Thx again.
