Horrible dealership — one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in to the test drive, the service was disappointing. It honestly felt like they were doing everything possible not to earn my business, which was very odd. On the other hand, Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa truly rolled out the red carpet. The experience was seamless, professional, and hassle-free. I purchased my Audi there and was in and out in less than two hours. Night and day difference.

Thanks to Ruben Carbajal sales assistant and his associates my entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Ruben is very knowledgeable about the drive and functions on a variety of Audi’s. I've been searching for a beautiful EV for a while. I was able to make contact with Moe and Addi, the general manager and sales staff over at Audi Long Beach. I ended up setting my goal on a 2025 Audi RS e-trim GT I Spoke to them on the phone and they were able to tell me what they had in stock. They gave me a number to purchase and lease the vehicle. There was absolutely zero negotiating. They gave me such an amazing deal. It was an obvious choice. The process was extremely easy. I got there and everything was exactly what they told me over the phone. When I got there, I met with Moe and we immediately connected. He was absolutely amazing, polite, professional, courteous, accommodating, and very helpful. We took the car on a test drive and he showed me all of the amazing features of the new car. We completed the paperwork and everything was so easy. Since I got the car about five days ago, Moe has actually reached out to me on three separate occasions to check in with me to see how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions at all about the features Before the sale, during the sale, and after the sale, the entire staff and Audi Long Beach has been absolutely professional amazing and has gone above and beyond. My service advisor, Eduardo Nunez, has helped me before, and just like last time, he provided friendly, detailed, and thoughtful guidance throughout the entire process. His clear explanations and frequent updates on my car’s status make me feel confident every time I bring my car in. Another thing I really appreciate about this location is the quality of their loaner cars. At other dealerships, I’ve occasionally received loaners that were not very clean or felt poorly maintained. But at Audi Long Beach, the loaner vehicles are always spotless, well-maintained, and feel almost like new — which makes the whole service experience even better.
