I recently purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe from boulevard Cadillac, and it was more than a wonderful experience. Initially, I was talking with Eric one of the sales managers regarding what options may fit best with my lifestyle and saying he was the best help may just be an understatement, a few days later I came back with my mind set, and from the moment I walked in, Darin Skinner (sales representative) was beyond friendly and incredibly attentive, answered all and any questions I had, talked me through the entire process, and overall he made the entire experience quick, easy and so stress free. While being there I had the pleasure to speak with Paul Skinner who is another sales manager who gave me so much advice on how to go about the entirety of the process, properly, he cleared all my doubts and concerns and truly gave me so much information making me so much more confident in finalizing the purchase. The entire team knows what they're doing, experts in their field, which made me feel far more secure in my purchase. Alberto at the finance department deserves a special mention also. He was professional and experienced, ensuring that the financing process went smoothly, efficiently and quickly as well. I was more than impressed by how timely everything was handled. We've had our Cadillac for two weeks now and we love it! We purchased a 2024 XT5, and it's amazing! Even more amazing than the car, is the personnel at Boulevard Cadillac. Our salesman Alex was very friendly and professional when we were looking at the cars. Tom the manager, keeps the place running on all cylinders (no pun intended) and the atmosphere pleasant. Paul the financial professional, is just that. A professional, and nice guy too! We consider them all friends now! The people in the service department are also great! Michelle, who coordinates the appointments is a delight to talk with on the phone. Ameed Hussein knows his cars and is a great asset to the service department. I had my car serviced today and the team at Boulevard was exceptional. Derrick provided first class customer service with a smile and kept me posted minute by minute as to what was happening with my car. Jonathan Burns was top notch! He helped explain everything that went wrong with my car next steps and got me out of there very quickly! What I thought was going to be a five hour wait was only two hours which included the diagnostics and the repair! Which btw was under warranty, the best part☺️ Michelle was very helpful with scheduling and Louise was extremely helpful in parts. Be cautious of this dealership lying to you brought a car that was supposed to be clean title and serviced. Car had the wrong oil and was previously hit on the passenger side. Should have just left. I later found out from my body shop that car has missing front pieces. This dealer is not to be trusted!!! They will hear from my lawyer
