Customer service at Glenn Thomas Dodge never fails to exceed expectations. I have been with the same team of workers from the time that I owned my vehicle and that has been approximately 15+ years... that speaks volumes as far as a very low turnover in their staff, technicians and mechanics.

Bought a used vehicle and had a issue. Bought extended bumper to bumper warranty and they wanted to charge a 1000 for a small plastic part that autozone sales for 50.00. I want to return our Dodge and buy a Ford or a Chevy. Read all the small print before you sign. And if it's to good to be true. It's them sweat talking you into a bs sales gimmick.
