I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change appointment at 12:00 noon. I was advised that arriving early would be beneficial, so I arrived at 11:45 AM. At approximately 12:15 PM, I stepped out of my car and requested to speak with a manager. I was informed that no manager was available at the time. However, a very kind and professional gentleman—whose name I believe was Joshua—approached me and offered his assistance. After I explained my situation, Joshua immediately apologized for the delay and took action to help me. His prompt and courteous service made a significant difference and greatly improved my experience. You are fortunate to have an associate with such exceptional customer service skills. Although the wait time was longer than expected, I left very pleased with the service I received. Please extend my sincere thanks to Joshua for his outstanding support.

A great experience at Long Beach BMW Service Center. My car needed to be inspected for a passible nail in the right front tire, it was deflating rapidly. Arrived without an appointment, Mr. Torres was able to take me in. He was courteous and knowledgeable, Mr. Torres suggested to change all 4 tires for new ones. The job was completed in a couple of hours. Thank you Mr. Torres, you are the best.

May was a very nice service advisor, the videos from the tech were helpful & informative - we went in for our one year check up & an alignment was suggested 😉. We decided to do it to keep the car in its best shape. It was about $270 - the only issue is the 3% charge if you use a credit card 🤨. They do offer debit but that is not my form of payment. That of course has nothing to do with the good service we received.

I have to say, best service experience I’ve had in the 15 years of owning BMWs. Bertha was my service associate and contact and have to say, she made LB BMW my go to for all my servicing needs. I’ll be taking my bmw to Long Beach going forward and will specifically ask for Bertha if possible. Everyone else I spoke with throughout the process seemed nice and respectful, so someone is doing something right in management. I can’t say I’ve an experience as good as this at any other dealership I’ve been to in greater LA.

Today I visited this dealership to service my car. I was assisted by Miguel T. I was seen on time and he listened to all my vehicle concerns and questions attentively. He explained the entire process clearly and made me aware of the approximate time duration of the service. He walked me to their quiet and clean waiting area, and I was welcomed to using their awesome coffee machine. I was made aware of what to expect to receive on my phone regarding the status of my car during my wait time there. The service took exactly the time he had informed me. At the end, he went over everything clearly and answered all my questions. My car was returned to me nicely washed by their dealership. They made additional recommendations but weren't pushy about it. This is the 3rd time bringing in my wife’s X3 2020. For some type of electrical issue. Twice for the same issue and once for the back up camera not working properly. They have found what the issue is and the car is still under its 50k miles warranty but yet they have chosen not to complete the repair stating that BMW doesn’t want to fix something unless it’s is a permanent issue. Explain that to me. The issue continues to happen while fridge vehicle but you don’t want to cover and nor do you want to repair something unless it’s permanent. No the real issue is you are wanting to wait until we surpass the 50k miles warranty which will happen in under the next 300 miles. So you can the. Charge us for this issue that will then not be covered by the warranty even though it has been documented 3 times having this problems. My wife and I have had BMW vehicles for the last 12 years and after all of this we will not longer be loyal customers when you don’t value your warranty and customer satisfaction. What a shame for your company to treat people this way.

From the moment we stepped into BMW last Saturday, we were greeted and helped by Adrian, who was personable, knowledgeable, and asked all the right questions. He offered a test drive, and without even realizing it, he brought out the exact car I would end up choosing—a black-on-black X6 M60. The drive was incredible. At the time, I was torn between the X6 and a Mercedes-Benz GLE, so I left to think it over. We scheduled another appointment for Wednesday to take a second look, and when I arrived, the car was already up front and ready for me to drive again. That level of attention really stood out. I also had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Tim, who was just as personable and welcoming, with a great sense of humor. After test driving the GLE, the choice was easy—I rushed straight back to BMW to get the keys to my car! The entire team walked us through the process clearly and honestly, with no pressure or surprises. They even followed up personally the next day to make sure everything went smoothly. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and even more impressed with the service. I 100000% recommend this dealership!
