I called them to have a tire mounted they did it as soon as I pulled up. Stopped working on whatever they were working on to replace my back tire for me. I was in & out in about 5 minutes for only 20$. I know where I'll be bringing my tires to be mounted for now on.

Employee named Nate, gave awesome customer service and even went out of his way to travel to me for a free jump start when I was stranded. Honest man, really cares to help people out & will definitely help out in any mechanical issues for sure. Great trustworthy company.

Nate and the team are friendly and professional, gave me what I believe is a fair quote for some electrical harness work. While I was there Nate performed some minor maintenance on my street Scrambler for me (chain tension, tire pressure, inspection, etc) and sent me on my way. Looking forward to doing more business with BA Moto.

The crew at BA Moto are top notch! Very accommodating and they work hard to provide the best service for your bike. Props to Nate for helping me find the best parts for my T120 and to Jamie for the awesome work he did on my bike. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and can handle a wide range of repairs/upgrades for old and new bikes. While they're perfectionists when it comes to the work they do, the vibe of this shop is very chill and fun. Great group of guys for talkin' shop or just hangin' with. If you have a Triumph that needs some work, do yourself a favor and take it here!

Bought product, had issue with the way they shipped product. I contacted them twice through their email address. They never responded. When I was finally able to retrieve my product it fit well and works as it should. They need to work on getting back to customers and fix issues that may arise in any business. I would buy from them again, it's just rude to ignore a customer.

Still one of the, if not THE best, motorcycle repair/service shops in southern California. Staff and owner are friendly and attentive, real motorcyclists who share our passion. Love coming here, even if I'm just passing. They were able to fit me in for an initial service on a Saturday morning, without advance notice, fair price for the work done, even helped peel off the new motorcycle stickers left on by the dealer.

It's not just the quality of work I appreciate, but the character of the owners/staff. I've been bringing my bikes to BA for over a decade, and keep coming back. From helping drag my very first bike out of an 'old timers' garage and hauling it to the shop back in 2013 to now updating software on my TFT display, Nate and Jamie have been a part of my entire motorcycle life. They've taken care of my 1971 Triumph Bonneville, 2014 Bonneville, 2020 Tiger 1200 and 2022 Tiger 900. I've since moved to Utah, but still bring my bikes back to BA for service - they're THAT good.

Bought a '15 Bonnie in May '24 with only 1800miles, and as with any machine, the low usage caused fueling issues. BAM cleaned the injectors and throttle bodies, checked the lines, fuel filter and fuel pump, replaced the bad fuel pressure regulator and now the bike starts and runs perfectly. It wasn't cheap but actually less than I expected for all that was done. Recommend this shop if you own a Triumph.

Awesome guys, I showed up unannounced and even though they were pretty busy that day they still helped me out. This bike was my only transportation and my blinkers suddenly stopped working. I stayed around and had some really pleasant talks while they patched my broken lights. Super friendly, super helpful. 100% recommend! Jamie and Marty you guys are awesome!

Worst experience I’ve had with any shop. Held my bike for more than 3 months claiming that Triumph was out of stock for parts, they never followed up on calls and I always had to reach out to them a week after they said they’d call back. (I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt of being busy) Eventually called up Triumph directly and not only did they have parts in stock, but the shop hadn’t even placed an order with them. They’re terrible with communication and I eventually settled with them using non-OEM muffler rather than wait even longer for OEM just to get my bike back.

I stopped by this motorcycle shop to pick up a few random parts for my bobber. The staff took their time with me. They explained each part, fitment details, and options clearly. No rushing. No attitude. After the purchase, I noticed a pricing issue. It was my mistake for not paying attention. I called them anyway. They listened. They reviewed it. They went out of their way to make it right. That level of ownership stands out. I also bought a part that did not fit my motorcycle. Instead of pushing back, they asked for photos to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, they offered to swap it for the correct part without hesitation. Service like this is rare. They focus on getting things right, not on making quick sales. Attention to detail. Clear communication. Real follow through. This shop puts customers first. It is a hidden gem. I will bring all my motorcycle business here moving forward.
