I had a great experience Ben the man helped me with my purchase and TY the guy who installed the rims and tires for me, they both have great customer service. I will recommend shopping for your rims and tires there. Now that I have had the experience twice of renting from this place I can say buying them was overall great service, but when I tell you being harassed throughout this whole process about the bill payment and yes I was making my payments. I have been paying my bill online the entire time in which now online showinge that my last payment was the end of July, as of now it's showing 0 for payments and Receivables of 125.00 I'm receiving calls about another payment plus the Receivables. My contract is showing in a year time I will be finished. I'm not understanding why they still asking for a payment and online it's at 0 dollars. I promise this will be my last time buying from Rent a wheels because they with the bullshit.

Brian was also a great help with setting up my appointment and having me come in person helped me understand how fast and easy the financing process would be. Pulled into the shop right as they were closing and Isaac was more than helpful and informative. I was only coming in for a flat tire but it made more sense to just get a full set. The other guy here Kevin gave me some pricing and they explained everything thoroughly. Overall great experience in a short amount of time. Will recommend. Thanks guys! Update: 3/3/25 I got a call a couple days ago from a nice lady Heidi asking if I wanted to pay off the tire loan and save some money, I had completely forgotten about this and she helped me resolve it right away. I'm very grateful for having her call clients and remind them, she saved me money, customer satisfaction! 100%
