I knew AAMCO this willow branch in Long Beach. They took care of my leaking 4x4 front axle real well, very satisfied with the results now I come back. My truck CJ is Dodge Ram 3500 heavy duty Cummin Turbo 2007 with dually. Never had a problem for 18 years till now. So this time right swings arms was broken, need that fixed, AC service and brake service. CJ stayed 4 days in the shop now I got CJ back and drive like a new truck. My experience was beautiful, one of the mechanics knows his profession and is good at what he does with his skills and his name is Mr. Rico. He's been with the company since the 80s and I love his work. I took my car back today because it was making this sound. And he found out what was asap and repaired it for me, no charge.Jarrett is the manager awesome man, great customer service. I would recommend anyone to go to THIS AAMCO They know they stuff and Jesus is in charge.

This is my second time coming to this AAMCO location and both times have been such a great experience! Jared and the rest of the team have been so helpful and informative with everything. I brought my car in to get the break pads changed and they did a great job! Life Savers! Exceptional Service from Jarrett - 10-Hour Drive Home Secured! My experience with this AAMCO location was absolutely perfect, especially thanks to the incredible customer service from Jarrett. We were on a cruise and, while parked, our truck began leaking transmission fluid. After another shop wrongly told us it was safe to drive 10 hours home, we called AAMCO with serious doubts. Jarrett was a lifesaver from the first call. He was kind, assuring, and promised they would look at the truck immediately—no wait required—to give us an accurate diagnosis. When we arrived, they had the truck up on the lift right away and quickly found a serious leaking seal, confirming we absolutely should not have attempted the drive home. They fixed the issue within four hours, getting us back on the road safely and quickly. Beyond the technical expertise, Jarrett’s service was truly above and beyond. He gave us a great local lunch suggestion and even had the mechanics briefly drop the truck off the lift so we could get our suitcases and change out of our cruise clothes. We genuinely felt cared for, not like an inconvenience. It’s hard enough dealing with an unexpected expense while on vacation, but leaving 10 hours from home feeling truly taken care of and not taken advantage of is priceless. A++ service!

Had problems with car starting “intermittently”. Was “not” a battery or starter issue, car cranked normally. Diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable estimate for repair. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Was extremely pleased with the Customer Service. Both Jason and Rico were extremely courteous and provided answers to all my questions without hesitation. It’s rare to find a service staff as exceptional as they were. I was treated more like a neighborhood mechanic rather than a corporate facility. Highly recommended.
