My son's car broke down while moving back to FSU from the Philly area. Aldrich towed his car to the local KIA dealership and I could not have been happier with the service. Heather was great to talk to on the phone and Doug, the tow truck driver, was fantastic as well. They are a top shelf business that I highly recommend!

Was involved in a moderate collision (bumper, hood, headlight, fenders) and I chose to send the car here based on overwhelming positive reviews and advice from others. The car was in the shop for about a month, and I was told it was "ready to be picked up". I picked it up and drove to a scheduled appointment I couldn't miss, I drove away from Aldrich and instantly had a warning light come on for the headlight and upon closer inspection noticed scratches and other defects all over the other repaired areas. I called right after my appointment since it was close to closing time for the shop and they immediately booked me for the next day which I was happy about. I dropped it off again and showed these defects to a gentleman who was not very customer friendly and seemed to be upset with me pointing out these obvious defects. That aside, the car ended up being shop for another 2.5 weeks and ultimately had to be sent to the dealership to have a new computer installed. After I picked it up the second time, most of the issues I had complained about after the first "repair" had been addressed and repaired. Unfortunately there are new scratches all along the wheel wells which were not on the car before I dropped it off. All in all I am not at all happy with the quality control as both times the car was supposed to be "ready" it had obvious defects not present when I dropped off the car despite the damage. Furthermore a 5.5 week repair time seems quite excessive for the damages (not counting the time spent at the dealership). I would give the shop a 2/5 stars if they were not so helpful and informative on the second go around. Giving the shop a 3/5 because during both pick ups the car presented with defects not present on the previous drop off and the original customer service/repair time was below average. I opted to live with the scratches along the wheel wells because I couldn't justify leaving it for a third time and it coming back with another set of scratches somewhere else.

Quick arrival, super nice guys. I would give 5 stars but I had my car towed to my mechanic then a few days later I had it towed back. There was a price difference of $20.00 for the same place, time, mileage, etc… but different drivers. I’d definitely call them again!

I waited three months for repairs to start. They inspected the vehicle In February so they could order parts in advance. I gave them an additional two weeks to get ready for the minor repairs. (It’s minor drivers side damage.) Now- in March- they are advising 14 days for repairs! I asked if it would be possible to get it back after 13 days so I can work next weekend at a hospital (40 miles away) and was told by Mark that didn’t look possible. He asked about my rental policy and suggested I use it. Are you insane!? If you need your vehicle back in a timely manner- don’t go here. If it were major damage I could understand but this is minor damage and the time frame is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I haven’t even got my car back yet! I cringe at the thought of what I’m going to get back. Pray for me. Obviously I’m going to need it. Update- I understand what you’re saying now but it would have been wonderful if he would have taken a moment to say that then. Perhaps you might reconsider allowing him to converse with customers. His negativity was quite unsettling. If he isn’t confident- why should I be? Despite the verbal complications, I increased the rating because of the satisfaction in the quality of the work. My door mirror vibrates and rattles when I go over 40, but the paint job matches and my door opens and shuts.

Aldrich is just amazing. They are the the best repair shop I have ever interacted with. I have had three cars repaired at this facility and they were all top notch and shining when done. I honestly could not tell a difference between before and after. I don't know how you find better talent, but that starts at the top, and this place has it. The outcome this place has - is just crazy good.

Do not go there shop if you believe in customer-service. I had my rear bumper painted in March of 2017. The paint started peeling May 2017. I asked them to do a redo. This redo only resulted in my car looking worse than when I brought it and. I spoke to The Body Shop manager Mike regarding it and he tried to tell me that's what it looked like when I brought it in. In the pictures clearly show that that's not the case. Near the sensors be completely took off the paint and it's chipped in the circular sections as you'll be able to see in pictures. I requested to have my money back-and I'll go somewhere else and have a painted correctly they refused and said it was my fault. I've never experience such horrible service And non communication regarding a repair. The only way you will be treated with respect is if you're doing an insurance claim. I paid cash and felt like I was thrown to the back-burner because I wasn't doing a clean with a good charge out more. The redo was suppose to take 2 days they kept it for 3 and still couldn't get it right.

Avoid this business at all costs! Very deceptive business practices. Recent (11/25/25) customer that was ripped off hundreds of dollars by this company. And they actually LIE right to your face. They take advantage of distressed customers that have been in a car accident. Do not even use their tow services. You will regret it as I do...

I really appreciate this place! I am very attached to my car since it's the first one I bought with the money I earned, however I work at a place with an awful parking lot. My car got scraped by a hit and run and I was devastated, it looked awful and I decided to get it repaired. My insurance heavily recommended me here even though I live a town away but I'm glad they did! This Aldrich was super easy to work with and very helpful since this was my first time going through this type of thing. My appraiser Mark answered all my little questions and never made me feel like I was a burden. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful as well! All around do not have a single complaint. When I received my car back, it was so clean and beautifully taken care of. Thank you so much to everyone here, they deserve all the praise and business they get! They're worth it! And the Dippin Donuts next door is a fantastic bonus pit stop! 🍩 ❤️

Charged me an additional $20 for the act of sending me a bill that didn't even arrive until a week after i settled said bill and then charged $45 just for the insurance adjuster to have access to my vehicle and their office hours made it impossible for me to pay the bill over the weekend, causing me to have to take a day off work and spend an extra few hundred in storage fees. Even if that's industry standard, i find it horrifically unethical.

claim was canceled out or something i went to get it resent and had to come back with truck for estimate to bring to court for a kid who hit my car with no insurance. now i have to go get my truck which was a big waste of time and gas, i call before leaving house because i already know how these things go and was told to come down i get there and their internet was down i was told i would have it first thing in the morning and that didnt happen i had to beg for them to send it while at court, i was told that one part the most expensive was $1000 wasn’t in their system so they would need to call toyota to get quote (so go call them them) that didnt happen i wanted to fix vehicle and was going to bring it to this body shop but without the $1000 now im just going to look at the blemishes on my truck. it was an estimate wasn’t that hard to accomplish i only got $700 when it should of been $1700. out of all body shops this one looked the best to me but i was let down so here is two starts 1 for everything that happened and another because they finally sent half the estimate i think thats pretty generous

I am a very picky person when it comes to service more so with Auto Body shops I let them know that and gave them the opportunity to back out they did not they took my job on. They brought me in earlier than the original date expected for bodywork and repair. The girls in the front were excellent. The result was five stars with my car lightly cleaned inside and out! I dropped off of my rental vehicle there at the shop it was a breeze and was reassured that charges would stop for that immediately. Nice job Aldrich. Nice job!

Not enough stars to give them the rating that they deserve so I highlighted the five. There isn't a better towing and recovery company in the region than Aldrich towing and autobody. What started out as a business relationship has become a long term business relationship and friendship. They are very reasonably priced and do not take advantage of me like other companies have in the past. They have bailed me out numerous times and never once have I ever asked what the price is going to be because everything they do is so incredibly fair. Even when it has been an insurance claim the adjusters told me that they were very reasonably priced. Angel Aldrich the owner has created a culture in his business of helping people especially when you are having a bad day and down on your luck. Always willing to help and I can't tell you how many times they have saved my a**. Not a greedy person like most other big wrecker big ego extortionist crooks in the area. This company defines integrity and just do the right thing when people are in need. There have been countless times when the owner has personally come out in the middle of the night (still smiling and joking around in the middle of the night) and billed us hundreds for a job that could have been thousands. To compare and contrast they drove from Fitchburg to Worcester one time and billed me $400 for their big wrecker for a quick job that didn't involve actually towing us . Had I called the crooks that were 30 minutes closer it would have been $5,000+ To compare and contrast, Another company charged me almost $1,000 to tow a trailer 500 feet up the road to their shop and then held my equipment hostage for days and arbitrarily made up rules and reasons to charge me more and more money while causing me to lose days of work when I had a young family relying on me. Thank you so much Angel and company for always being there over the years and doing good by me and also the community, you are one of the most fair and honest businessmen I have ever come across in the fifteen years I have been in business.
