Had a insurance pay out wanted a oem ford bumper instead of aftermarket bumper got bumper from Ford called and spoke to a woman who was rude and said NO we won't put bumper on we are in business to buy parts I had it put on buy Pattersons auto body in Maynard without any issues or rudeness

A small fender bender on our 2019 kia forte with only 180 miles on it introduced us to this wonderful team, they are very picky about the replacement parts they receive, believe us we know. 3 hoods ordered and finally they accepted the third, took a little longer for us than expected but well worth the wait. Just cant thank them enough for there quality work.

I live up the street and on my way home got a nail stuck in my tire. The air was getting low super fast. I called and asked them if they could help me out. The lady said they don’t typically do that but she would see if someone could help me out. They patched my tire super fast and were so friendly!! Will definitely be back for all our automotive needs!! Wish the world had more amazing people like the folks at West Fitchburg auto body!! Thank you soooo much! They did a great job with my vehicle. This location was suggested to me by my insurance after I was in an accident, and they worked with my insurance and that of the person that hit me to quickly resolve the issues. It did take a while to get an appointment, since the damage wasn't a major safety concern (accident was in Feb, they weren't able to take it in until June).

They were extremely kind and professional, they even let me borrow a loaner car for the month that my car was in the shop because I’m too young to rent. THESE GUYS ROCK! Our car got Damaged in a parking lot by a hit and run. We have lived in West Fitchburg for 25 years close to West Fitchburg Auto Body. My truck was involved in an accident when someone went onto a rotary without yielding (as I was getting off at Park Hill) and they hit the back end of my truck. I brought it to West Fitchburg Autobody and they did better than I expected. It looks better than before the accident, and runs and behaves like the accident never happened. Couldn't be happier. They contacted me throughout the process, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since it was covered by insurance I can't say anything about price but their quality and professionalism is A+++.
