Jay's had me in and out in no time. I dropped my truck off after hours and it was done before lunch the next day. Before my truck was even off the tow truck Jay was out in the lot helping the driver unload it. I'm glad I trusted the reviews and will be having my family's auto maintenance performed at Jay's from now on.

Can't prove it but I bought a truck 3 months ago brought it to Jays to have the brakes done 20 days later my tire popped off the lugs came loose and the tire popped right off less than a block from the shop. I called to ask if there were any lugs found there they said no I explained what happened and she told me that if they didnt put them on the tire would have fell off right away I said not saying you guys didnt put them on but maybe they were put on hand tight but no wrenched on deny deny deny. I asked if maybe someone could swing by and help get the tire on (needed a bigger jack truck was on a hill) no were straight out way to step up Jays. now I have $2,280 of damage again not saying they were at fault although the only time that tire was taken off was when they had it. Very upset and will be contacting the BBB.

Brought my truck to them in august to do an axle seal, started leaking about a month later. Brought it back for them to fix, fixed, leaking again a week later, brought it back again and the whole time it was something else causing axle/differential fluid to leak (wheel bearing). If you got professionals working there they should have noticed. Why would you still charge someone labor if you couldn’t figure out what the problem was the first two times they brought a vehicle in? By them screwing up and not figuring out what the problem was they were costing me more money (diff fluid, brake pads, not being able to commute to work). Nice mannered people but they don’t work with customers when there’s an issue. Won’t be going back.

A dead battery at Great Wolf Lodge could have derailed my children's mini vacation. Thinking I had alternator issues added to that stress. I called Jay and his team. Nice guys however, I brought them an estimate because I didn't want to get screwed buy dealership rates, and got rear suspension work done on my car... I believe they did terrible work. My car now slide to the right which it never did before. You would think experienced professionals doing rear suspension work would identify these issues, but not so much. I paid $350 for rear suspension work and had to go back and drop another $130.00 and after all that money my car still slides to the right.

I dropped my kids at the nearby Ski Area and had a few hours to kill. 1.5 hours from home. My wife's car needed an oil change. Called Jay's, they said they could get it done! They also did a general inspection of the vehicle including topping off the wiper fluid. They discovered a problem with my tire sensor and was able to change it while I waited. The low tire light had been on for weeks even after filling the tires with the proper pressure! The light is out now, thanks to Jay and his guys! Good guys, great service, very reasonable prices!

Let me start off by saying that I’m a creature of habit and very very particular/picky. I’ve been using Jay and his team for over 25 years and I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anybody else! Huge shout out to jays automotive! We were driving almost 2 hours away with 3 children to stay at GWL when my car started shaking really bad. I called them once they opened and they were able to get my car in right away to look at it, diagnose and fix the problem! The woman at the desk was most kind when I called with pure panic. I work here in fitchburg but live in ny. I got an alignment done at my home. I went to get an alignment with a straight wheel. When I left ot was off center to the right. Went back and they adjusted it and it was twice as bad. Went back and they re adjusted it back to off center to the right. Did not want to go back for a 4th time so I took a chance and had Jay's do an alignment and first time my wheel was perfect. Thank you. Will go back for more repairs.

Amazing service and super nice people. We ran over a large hex screw on the highway which got lodged into our tire. Angelo at Jay’s removed the bolt, patched the tire, and put air in the tire, all in about 3 minutes. Both Angelo and the woman at the front desk were really kind and helpful and didn’t charge us at all for this service. If you’re in the area and need any kind of repairs, go to Jay’s!

I recently brought my sons 2002 Toyota Tacoma to Jay’s for repairs. They were awesome! They called me shortly after dropping the truck with a repair cost estimate and what was needed to be done. They repaired the truck fast and timely given the repairs. I highly recommend this shop!
