!!DO NOT!! Bring your vehicle here. If zero stars was an option I would have selected it. I payed 100$ for a Mobile 1 full synthetic oil change and watched them put cheap conventional oil in my engine not only that but they also flooded my engine with too much oil and tried to scam me for both cabin and engine air filters for triple the price. When you can get them for 10$ at any hardware store. I’m also very disappointed with the women who works the front desk. She was nothing but rude and had zero customer service skills.

Left a tool in my engine compartment and overfilled my oil by a lot. They offered to look it over after having an issue, but can't trust the work they do and neither should you. Take your car to a reputable mechanic or do the oil yourself, not worth it. - Owner replied doubting I was a customer of their shop, not a good look, I have all the paperwork from my visit boss, wont be bringing my vehicle anywhere near their "certified techs"

I just moved to MA recently and have been looking for a place to get my oil change because I was going to a place across the rd from me but I was paying $144, that’s outrageous! I called this place and they got me in right away and got me out quick. It was cheaper than the other place and everyone was absolutely amazing. Maison greeted me as soon as I drove in and Madison checked me out at the register and both experiences with both of the employees was phenomenal! I will be coming back here from now on!!😁

These guys are phenomenal. I’m a diesel mechanic and simply don’t have the time to do maintenance myself. I stopped in for an oil change and was in and out within 15 minutes. They didn’t pressure me into getting an air filter change or other services. Yes my oil change was $98 because it’s full synthetic, that’s the cost of oil and the filter FYI ., I was truly impressed.

Service was timely and convenient. Pricing was fair market for oil change. I did notice the service tech bend my skid plate considerably by hand to get access to by oil filter vs taking it off completely. Not sure if this is a common procedure in changing the oil but everywhere else I’ve been they take it off all the way.

Have had great experience here in the past with personal vehicles; It's been a while and had to take a business vehicle for a simple oil change but was sad to find a kid who seemed like he was higher than the moon claiming it was his first day and couldn't answer my question without a staring contest. Even asked him for giggles if it was a good idea for me to be serviced here with him in his state and experience and his answer was a pleasant, "I don't know". Not someone I want working on my vehicle... No one else was in the garage at the time so I just left. Around 3:20 on 5/14. UPDATE FOR THE "REPLY" I stand ground on my experience. About 90% of what you said was false. The first sentence out of his mouth mentioned that it was his first day. So either he's lying or I'm lying. I don't know. Would've been happy to speak over the phone, but it sounds like you've already taken your employee's side.

Good price and friendly people but 2/3 times I’ve come here I have had an oil or engine light shortly after. I now have to replace my oil control valve and get a flush. Might be related, might not, but it’s a hard coincidence.

I cannot believe there are any negative reviews on here. My experience was fantastic. I had my brakes replaced, and my husband had an oil change/service. Maddie is an absolute sweetheart and took care of us immediately upon arrival. The mechanics are all attentive to detail. They even cleaned the interior of my car prior to pick up! Will be back and highly recommend this location over all. Go visit, you will be so happy you did!

update 10/12/24: they did end up resolving the issue. I have been going here for years and never had an issue. But, my last oil change with them resulted in my engine clicking, oil filter fell out, and all of the oil falling out onto my driveway. This was only 10 days after my oil change; I don’t think that’s a coincidence. I got it towed back to their shop yesterday, and they apparently fixed whatever the problem was. The guy that helped me gave me stuff to clean the oil up, which was good. The manager was supposed to call me, I had to call them. She told me she has never had that happen before, but I check the reviews and apparently only 4 days ago someone else had a similar problem. I asked for a refund and she said the only thing they could do is give me a free oil change next time. Not really happy with that based on how their service was and other reviews. I think they should give refunds for their mistakes and take accountability for their service.

Office area was not clean, rugs were filthy and wrinkled. When entering I tripped and fell. The person that spoke English told me that they didn’t have bandaids for my abrasions on my knees, feet and arms. Then I had to wait 10 minutes after my car was done because they didn’t come back into the office to cash me out. Actually I was told that there were no bandaids, all the guy that spoke to me said was you had gauze which didn’t seem helpful to me. I think you should look at the camera again, another customer said that his wife tripped on the front door rug yesterday. They were actually stained and filthy. And I did not trip on my flip flops. I refuse to argue about the lack of compassion for a woman that fell in your establishment, it’s unfortunate that a customer was the only one who seemed concerned. Adequate medical supplies would be a good idea, especially since another employee that was not in a uniform came to try and ring me out but said he had blood on his hands and didn’t want to offend me. I literally just wanted to leave at that point. Good luck with your business.

Wonderful place! As a 19 year old girl who doesn’t know much about cars they made my experience very welcoming and took the time to explain things about my car to me better. They were very clear with what was being said and incredibly friendly! New management her and I’ve never seen the place so lively. Went and got an oil change august 8th. they installed the seal wrong which made my car leak 4.5 quarts of oil onto the bottom of my car. i noticed my engine started sounding weird recently and then the engine failed in the middle of the road and my car had to get towed. it failed because all of the oil leaked out! thankfully leblancs auto in leominster fixed my car right up! in the process of getting a refund…

I have had my oil changed here quite a number of times and have been happy with the service. Unless you come at a time when they are busy, they are normally very quick. Today I needed a daytime running lamp replaced which as it turned out was not easy to access. But the service technician figured it out and was able to replace the bulb. They did not charge extra for all the time spent to get to the bulb.

I was a client of this place for about 10 years taking my cars home. Until the day came at the beginning of July when I took my 2021 Honda CRV to have an oil change. And they forgot to put the engine cover screws on the bottom. After 2 days, the cover collapsed and became deformed. When I went back to change the oil, they told me that the cover was damaged. I explained what happened, that they forgot to put the screws on and took no responsibility. But you can't even imagine all the people I recommended this place to... but I have also taken my time to tell you and share my experience. They only care about money. They don't care about the consistency of your client. In the end, they treat you like garbag…

I’ve been going to SpeeDee Oil for years and never had a bad experience. I started bringing my old 2000 Honda Accord here, and now I bring my 2019 Toyota Camry. If I thought they were bad, I would’ve taken my car to a dealership instead. The workers here are always professional and on point. Sometimes people complain about little things, like dirt on the rugs — but let’s be real, businesses get busy and customers also track in dirt with their feet. That’s not on the staff. I highly recommend this place. Honest, hard-working people who do the job right. I’ll actually be stopping by soon for an oil check.

Called the owner. He subtly threatened violence, and escalated. He said "you wanna meet me somewhere" just like the gradeschool kids who say meet me on the playground. Pathetic Ohh and his updates are lies. They escalated and started calling names first to which i responded accordingly. Overgrown children work here. Ohh and we can talk over the phone face to face isn't needed unless wanting to physically threaten. As implied after you got upset and angerly said "wanna meet somewhere" real professional and continues to show high levels professionalism... Not Everyone wanting to leave a 1 star, file a bbb complaint against them as well, just for book-keeping as Google reviews can be removed See their response below for complete lack of professionalism, they took my number to call me, yet the reply says i have to call them, when calling to get the number to call, they hung up, threatened me, and denied giving me the number. 0 accountability. Forgot to put parts back on my car when doing an oil change there. Literally forgot the oil fill cap.... Absolutely inexcusable For my sister, they did not even properly install the oil drain bolt to where it actually fell out on her way home less than a mile away from the location. Her car was dry completely out of oil by the time she made it home. Lmao see the reply for the level of their professionalism.... Completely lacking. If you want to have a bad day, and possibly longer... Use them for your service. Im still waiting on your call manager. Cmon you can reply to a review but not call the customer back when requested. Yeah completely lacking professionalism managed by people with the mentality of a prepubescent child When contacting them about this issue. They were rude talking over me when trying to explain. And downright just unprofessional. If you want to grenade your car i highly recommend going here When calling to discuss this issue of missing parts with them, they were very hostile over the phone and very unprofessional. If you want your car to die prematurely due to issues or if you want to have to buy parts for your car because they forgot to reinstall them, please feel free to go to this place they are exceeding in that. As far as actual service goes though.... Ehhh I wouldn't trust them anymore and I would suggest what no one does

Brought my 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman for an oil change on 7/18/25. The next morning, I found a large oil puddle in my garage. Mini Service inspection revealed their technician installed the WRONG drain plug from a different vehicle with NO gasket, damaging my oil pan threads. Now requires complete oil pan replacement. My vehicle never had leaks before your service. This negligence has cost me thousands in repairs, towing, and lost vehicle use. Avoid this location their careless work can destroy your vehicle.

I had an amazing experience at Speedee Oil Change in Fitchburg (370 John Fitch Hwy). From the moment I pulled in at 8:30 AM, I was greeted immediately with a cheerful, welcoming attitude—I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been welcomed so well at an auto service business. It truly felt like Ritz-Carlton-level service. The lobby was spotless, organized, and smelled clean, which immediately made a great impression. The team thoroughly checked over my car, let me know I needed a new air filter, and even vacuumed my carpets—an unexpected but very appreciated touch. I was completely in and out in just 20 minutes. On top of the excellent service, I received a new-customer discount, making the visit both affordable and exceptional. I’m officially hooked and will be coming here for every oil change and vehicle check from now on. This kind of over-the-top service is rare these days, and this location absolutely deserves recognition. Kudos to the entire team—I’ll definitely be spreading the word, and that’s exactly why I’m taking the time to leave this review. Highly recommend!
