Alexander GMC’s service department is absolutely top-tier. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate you, communicate clearly, and make the whole process as smooth as possible. Honestly, it’s probably the best service department I’ve ever dealt with. It’s impressive and deserves real recognition. On the other hand, the sales department has been the complete opposite, and unfortunately it’s still one of the worst experiences I’ve had, as I mentioned in my previous review. The contrast between service and sales is night and day.
