CRIMINALS!!!! PLEASE do not take your car here. While soliciting our neighborhood, having his little kid knock on our door, Matthew somehow convinced my mother and husband that he could fix her mildly damaged car. He also told us the wrong name for his shop, calling it “DMV Auto” which we later found out was not true. Once “completed” (which took them a week and a half for minor repairs) my mother found herself on the side of the road the very next day, the car overheating and not drivable, not to mention leaving my mother waiting in 100 degree heat. The car was towed back to his shop and they admitted they had to look in the manual to see what they did wrong. A day later, once receiving her car back, she found herself on the side of the road again in the heat with a whole new problem. The car was shaking and rattling and could not go over 20 miles an hour. When my husband called over to the shop to address their lack of competence, Matthew had his little kid answer the phone for him. Once Matthew was on the line he was immediately defensive and actually threatened to SHOOT my husband if he came down to the shop!!!! He refused to take my mothers car back after completely screwing it up and causing an array of all new problems. He happily had collected the check from her insurance, probably used the cheapest parts he could get away with, hired someone who had no idea what they were doing and then laughed his way to the bank. FRAUD!!!! Watch out.
