If you’re in need of having your windshield repaired, look no further. I have used these guys for my last few windshield repairs and couldn’t be more pleased. As we know, here in Az, windshields are cracked a lot and easily. There’s nothing like having your windshield repaired by a company that awesome with helping you with your insurance claim and sending out great auto glass repair techs. Jeff, the glass repair tech is amazing and I will not use anyone else for my windshield repairs.

Fantastic. Jeff is personable and a great installer. He sent voicemails and texts as to his anticipated arrival time and when he needed to extend it out about 15 minutes, he also let me know ahead of time. He did a fantastic job installing the glass as well as reprogramming my car. My son recommended you guys and told me I would not be disappointed. Well, I was NOT disappointed, not from contacting the company and talking to Christina to find out about scheduling times and information needed for the insurance company to calling back and scheduling and getting insurance approval with Stephanie. Then Jeff came out to install the new glass. He did a great job. Everyone in this company is top notch and I will be recommending friends to you. You all are great!

Been working with this company for 3+ yrs wouldn’t go to anyone else! So hassle free NO DOWNLOADING apps to take pics. When an auto glass company lead me to think they still worked with this company they had me download an app which wouldn’t stop crashing and go through this annoying and inconvenient process just to find out they couldn’t even get us on the schedule and do the job! All that hassle for nothing!! I reconnect with Christina and had everything set up easy peasy same day and they are mobile so they came to me just a two days later the work was done and it was immaculate!! The worker did a wonderful job. I will never go to anybody else. The cash incentive is nice but this company is so good that even without the cash incentive I would pick them over any other company!!! Second picture is of our other car that they did an amazing job on in the past!

I saw their ad on my drive home and it was fate. We needed both of our vehicles windshields replaced. I called thinking it was going to take at least an hour to set it up and get scheduled but it was actually so fast. I appreciated the speediness and kindness. They were even so nice and seemed to enjoy their job, I was a bother like I feel most of the time when I call to set appts. Daniel came and replaced the windshields with no problem. He even asked what one we wanted done first which I appreciated as I needed to get to the office. He was kind and friendly as well. I will be a returning customer but hopefully not too soon.

Align was so so amazing, fast and convenient for me! So thankful for my sister in law recommending them to me. Christina is so sweet and so communicative, definitely above and beyond. Stephanie is also an angel for helping me deal with claims, I have never called my insurance company before lol, so that took a lot of anxiety and stress from me. I had a new windshield within 3 days, also Jeff was our installer. Was also very communicative and did such a great job. 100% recommend them to anyone!!

Amazing shop to work with. They were even kind enough to suggest another option if it meant getting me taken care of quicker (I was in a bind, I hit an elk). When nobody else could get me taken care of any faster than Align, I called them back because I appreciated their honesty and reasonable approach with me. The installer was great to interact with and worked hard and fast to get the job done. The invoice was dead on with the quote I was given. Wonderful shop!

If I can give this company more than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. The process from start to finish was amazing. Even when I didn’t have the full funds they were willing to do payments (although I paid upfront). Christina was helpful with getting me scheduled fast she was able to worked with my schedule. My installation was today 02/27/25 and my tech Jeff was amazing as well. He was able to call me 2 hours prior to my original appointment on his ETA. However, he calls me 10 mins later asking me if he can arrive sooner because there was a cancellation. Of course I said absolutely and was able to get my windshield replaced sooner than expected. Once he was finished he gave me a call to let me know it was complete and I was amazed on how my baby looked. He brought her back to life. Jeff even found my lost parking tag and went out of his way to tie some string to it because it was broken. He honestly didn’t have to but he was so sweet about it. I do highly recommend Align Autoglass for any of your window repairs. Plus side their cash pay price was waaaaay better compared to the competitors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 7 stars review.

The owner, technician, and all other employees were genuinely courteous and easy to talk to. The whole experience was straightforward and professional! They did great work and made the process hassle-free. I’d definitely use them again (maybe for some windshield tint!) and recommend them to anyone needing auto glass service. 10/10!
