A couple years ago I had recently purchased a used vehicle. The front tires had uneven wear, so before getting new tires I took the vehicle here to get an alignment. They put the vehicle on the rack and said the alignment was fine. Even though they put the vehicle on the rack and took time in their day to look at it, they didn't charge me a dime! I've found my new assignment shop. Update: I took another vehicle there and they said they'd charge me even if the alignment wasn't needed. Still very friendly and fast!

Hands down best alignment ever. Had my ‘86 vanagon 5 years now, done all my suspension work myself, and over the years have had maybe 6 alignments done getting this car dialed in after upgrades. Anyways, not only was he professional, but my appointment time was top priority! He pulled my car in right on time, that’s rare for repair shops and doctors these days! Top it all off, I’m not kidding, but I can feel the difference behind the wheel. I never could notice before, but I drove a half mile down melrose leaving his shop and didn’t have to steer at all! And prior to alignment pros I would only go to Clarence brown in sd. Nothing bad to say about them, but the fact that this guy is right down the street, I found my new go to alignment pro(s)!

This place checked out my 1970 bronco a few years back when i was experiencing some wheel shake. It has a custom suspension and definitely not easy to align, they were really good at pointing out that my alignment was on point but I probably had an underlying issue with old bushings (they were right, my front track bar bushing was trash). I can say that they are the most honest alignment shop I’ve been to in a long time and I’m only leaving this review because they don’t deserve 1 star reviews. I have recommended many friends to them as well as one other oceanside shop (who I won’t name but who has equal integrity) that i have used for my vehicles. This place is legit and wont gouge you or tell you that things need to be replaced just to make a buck! Solid 5 stars!

Can someone please say, "Old school service"! Holy wow! I was recommended to this place because my tires are wearing weird. I made the appointment with a guy on the phone, last week, who was very nice. I show up, and he's just as nice in person. Marcos, is his name. He walks out to my car, and right away tells me what he thinks about my tires. He was very straightforward, and HONEST. OMG. That is SO rare, anymore! He made his recommendations, and he informed me of the issue causing my wear problems, and was just a fantastic example of a decent human being! I fully expected to get taken for spin on everything in my bank account, because that seems to be so prevalent these post pandemic days. But, what a blessing. Thank you, Marcos! 🚙🤸🏽‍♀️💪🏽🎯

I scheduled an appointment to get my alignment done at this small family owned shop because I had just replaced my tires and wanted to support a local business. Marcos (the owner) test drove, then checked my car out. He then brought me into the shop, Marcos advised me that the alignment was in factory spec and no adjustments were needed. He charged me a fair price to put the car on the alignment machine and check everything over and he also gave a print out of the measurements. I appreciate his honesty, he could have told me that he did an alignment, changed nothing and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thanks Marcos you and your son are a credit to your profession! I'll bring my wife's car in to see what it needs next.

Outstanding service and truly honest people. We brought in our Jeep which had a lot of chop on the front tires, which I assumed was from poor alignment. Marcos checked out the alignment and our tires and told me that the alignment was fine, and my problem was probably bad shocks. I tried to pay him for his time, but he said it was no charge. I asked if he could do the work to replace the shocks, and he was willing to do the work using parts I ordered, all for a very fair price. We most definitely recommend this Father/Son business.

Took my 2016 Mercedes Sprinter Van there after having two other experiences with other places that basically cost me my tires wearing unevenly and wearing out prematurely. Marco the father and the son knew exactly what to do with excellent service and integrity. Could have easily talked me into extra services but didn't, because he said I didn't need it. Will definitely use them again and will have no problem referring them to others.

My trusted mechanic diagnosed that my tie rods needed replacing, so I went to Alignment Pros. Marco was excellent. He assessed the tie rods and replaced them. He communicated clearly, explaining that alignment could only be done after addressing any play or loose joints. After swapping out the tie rods, he apologized for identifying the incorrect worn parts— it was actually my rack and pinion that was loose, a highly unusual issue. Since the car couldn't be aligned, he refused to charge me anything because the issue persisted. Replacing a rack and pinion is a much larger job that he preferred not to undertake. He had spent a few hours on my car and was okay with taking the hit, stating that honesty is his policy. I was astounded. This guy is exceptional. His knowledge and skill in his trade are evident; he could probably even align a slinky. It's rare for a mechanic to absorb the cost of a job. I was beyond impressed. I was also impressed with his familiarity with all the mechanics I had visited over the years, knowing them by name and their abilities. Marco's proficiency as he worked was noteworthy. As someone who hires various contractors and is always seeking efficient workers, I would hire Marco in a heartbeat. When I returned to pick up my car, it was still on the lift with the wheels off and parts exposed. I thought it would take another hour, but Marco wanted to show me the issue. After showing me, he quickly reassembled my car and had it ready out front while I was still fumbling to get my wallet out of my Velcro pocket. I tipped him because it felt like he had earned it. Driving back home, my car felt perfect. It drove super straight with no pull like before, and for some reason, there was no loose play either. So, even though it will still need a rack and pinion job, Marco made it drive much better than before. He's a true master of his craft. Thank you, sir!

I have been coming to Neris alignment since 2020. Every shop I'd take my 2000 Ford Mustang Roush would quote me a high amount to do an alignment. I took it to Neris alignment and he was very reasonably priced. I now take my Mustang for other repairs and Felipe also services my 2013 Lexus GS350. Look no further! This shop is the best! Owner is amazing and professional…he knows his stuff! Had to bring in my 2024 Tacoma for an realignment because a shop down the street did a horrible job initially. Owner showed me how off my alignment was and he too was surprised at how bad it was. First alignment was done at a specialty “truck” shop that I figured would do a good job but I was mistaken and definitely wont be returning there. Should have came here in the first place and had it done right the first time, but lesson learned. Again, I cant stress enough how professional and down to earth the owner was who gave great service! He mentioned he does anything suspension, lifts, etc. besides alignments so check him out and you wont be disappointed. Truck feels 100x better and super quiet since the adjustment…and saving my tires!!

I took my beater 4WD Jeep Comanche in after attempting to install a lift kit myself. After experiencing the “death wobble” a couple of times post-install, I knew it was time to have a professional take a look. Marcos was incredibly helpful from the beginning. He did his best to get my truck done as quickly as possible and even took the time to call me to troubleshoot a few things, like how to start it (it starts in drive due to another issue) or open the driver side door (which has been stuck shut for a while now). Despite the truck being a work in progress, Marcos was patient and accommodating throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed the main issue with the alignment and steering and, to my surprise, honored a quote he had given me over the phone two months earlier. He also provided a summary of the previous and current alignment measurements so I could see the difference on paper after my test drive. I can’t emphasize enough how much I respect his work ethic and honesty. We need more professionals like him in the industry. I’ll keep bringing my cars here for anything steering and alignment related, and honestly, you’d be foolish not to do the same!

My name is Jason , I called Allignment Pros to schedule an appointment, after talking to owner Marco's , he explained how Dodges , especially new 4x4s tend to always wear out in rght front , as mine is , he was so honest and refreshing in this day and age , he explained its more of a Dodge thing vs an alignment thing. This is the Only alignment shop we recommend. When we relocated our own Autobody Paint Shop to VISTA from Carlsbad in 2014, we went to four different alignment shops before we found an honest mechanic and business owner. Marco will not try to sell you something you don’t need. We stand by his work. Note: we took multiple vehicles to most of the other alignment shops near us. Every time they tried to upsell to us. We told what it needed and let them know we own a collision shop. My husband who’s been a collision shop owner for over 40 years knew how much a car was off and what it would need prior to taking it we just didn’t have the machinery. Why these four other shops would keep trying to upsell us, knowing his experience was beyond us. We only recommend Alignment pro, Marco. To our families, clients, and friends.
