Competent, timely, and they care about doing a job well. When there was a rare problem they went above and beyond to take care of it. We recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

Exceptional! Ben knows everything about cars, it doesn't matter which, what type or year. Ben is very easy to work with, he explains in plain words and no problem is ever too big. He's reassuring, honest, direct, hopeful, focused on the solution and reasonably priced. Speaking as a woman with lots of automobile issues - Ben is the best! Truly - the best kept secret in San Carlos.

I’m thanks to God that this shop opens on weekends. During the holidays I felt I got a flat tire when I drove. I checked it when I parked in the CVS parking lot. One of them really looked bad and definitely need to be fixed or need to put the air in. I called them. The guy on the phone told me he was very busy and fully booked. I said would you mind to just take a look my tire? He said Okay just come now. As soon as I drove there he came out and checked my tires. He said I have to go back to the shop that I bought the tires ( I just purchased new tires back to November) But now he would put more air in it. He wanted me to see if air will stay or lose fast by tomorrow. I asked how much do I owe you. He said no, you don’t have to pay me for this. His name is Ben. He didn’t have to help me but he did ! And today I met his son Christopher. He was super nice and helpful too ! I’m very grateful for their services.
