Dave and the team at Toole’s were the right choice when handling the resto-mod of my 55 Bel Air. Their customer service is second to none. I got a detailed update of the restoration progress (with pictures) via the online tool, along with approval options depending on what direction I wanted to go. The real icing on the cake was weekly calls from Dave (the owner) giving his opinion on what mods made the most sense for me when I wasn’t totally sure what direction to go. Took care of my Mercedes GLE 350 like it was their own. Best service you can get on a repair, even better than Mercedes themselves. My car required major replacements and they gave it care I can trust. They have a private, gated parking lot, so your car is safe when staying overnight. They have skilled technicians that specialize in many different types of vehicles. There are friendly and helpful service writers handling the office. Their technicians include photos of the areas of concern so you can see the vehicle’s problems yourself, with complete transparency. This helped me to make a well informed decision on what work is recommended/required. And to top it all off, it even came with a solid warranty. Can’t beat that. I trust Toole’s every time.

Had my break pads and rotors replaced at Toole's in July 2024 and am just now realizing they cross-threaded three of the lugs/nuts on the studs, which have now become impossible to remove and I had to pay >$200 to replace. You might want to check yours after getting serviced there!

I had a wonderful experience bringing in my 2020 Jetta for a Check up! I had decided to go to them after reading great reviews and not wanting to go to Boardwalk where I normally had gone. I was blown away with getting immediate service from lovely professional people and my car was completely checked with pictures of each part and everything that they did – so thoroughly. I have to admit I was extremely impressed. It was my first time to the shop. You always wonder what a new place is going to look and feel like and what type of service you’ll get, especially as a woman (sad to say!) The shop was extremely clean and every technician/staff I interacted with were polite, knowledgeable and very positive. I spent a lot of money on an old Honda but I knew it was worth it. Where I was really impressed was a full photo collage in about two minutes of the intake of the car, a photo of every aspect of the work (oil dipstick, brake gauge, fluid levels, etc.,) so there’s no question they did the work! The technician included their name in case there was a question, so there’s was good accountability! (Some places you wonder if they really did the work they said they were doing!) Toole’s did extra things at no charge, such as charging the battery, filling tires, and securing a dumb plastic cover that used to fly open while driving down near my knees. The shop is close to home so I can walk home after drop off and they are open until 5:30, and making it fast and easy to pick up after work. I will definitely be taking my three cars to Toole’s for the friendly & trustworthy service, for those little extras and the cleanliness of the shop. Thank you!

Toole’s Garage was great to work with. Their place is very organized, clean and welcoming. I had gone to “stress free” two times they kept checking my vehicle out with “no problems”. Not to mention they kept my car for more than a day, leaving me car-less and with no car available to loan me. Came here and they found the problem right away. Provided me with a loaner (yes I had to pay, but they had one available). Provided pictures and detail on things that needed to get done. Finding the problem took less than a day. Car was ready for pick up within 2 days. Definitely would recommend.

These guys are super knowledgeable and easy to work with. They knew exactly what the problem was just by listening to me try to explain and recreate the sounds my car was making with my mouth! Their follow up questions showed they knew exactly what I was talking about and what the solution was. They also have great technology where you can track the progress of your car and get text alerts along the way. They also were honest about what was needed and what was NOT. That’s very important when working with an auto shop. I don’t like doing unnecessary things and they didn’t push any things that would just drive the cost up. Thumbs up!

On September 22, 2025 Toole's Garage replaced the front/rear brake pads, rotors, and sensors on my 2015 BMW 228i. Prior to doing the work the Toole's team worked with me to detail the parts order for the work. This included reviewing the specification for the car, which includes the Track Handling Package. This package includes M Sport Brakes with larger rotors and sportier pads. We exchanged information about possible suppliers including Pagid and Zimmerman as both are OEM suppliers. The Toole's team did incredible quality control on the install including critical measurements and road testing. I followed the standard procedure for bedding the new brakes and now, one week after installation, the breaks are super smooth and quiet. Great job by the Toole's team!
