Ben was a "light in the dark world of RV repair scoundrels". I was ripped off twice ($500) before my RV stopped dead a block over from his shop. He told me the honest truth & even helped me get $200 back from the previous repair shop who did not fix my RV, but charged me! They are friendly folks too, Ben, Joe 1&2, Ralph!😁

Took my grandmother here for a simple sensor repair. She simply wanted to get a very specific part fixed and they would not fix it without “ running a diagnostic”. We don’t need the diagnostic because we just want that part fixed. We dont want to pay an extra $100 for you to tell me that I need the exact same part fixed. She got a lot of lip from them and didn’t respect her at age 87 years of age. I would not recommend this place.

Ben, the owner is an honest man which is hard to find these days. He doesn't over charge nor jack up his estimates. You can set an appointment with him wish is a plus that helps you manage your time. Am a repeat customer and he saves me a lot of money by using his advice about what's the priority repairs and which ones can wait. Down to earth man Ben is you'll see for yourself how valuable he can be to do business with. If I'm lying I'm dying.

We have been going to San Carlos Service for almost 15 years. We have never trusted anyone more with our cars than with Ben and his guys. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, truthful and honest about the problem with the car and the pricing is very reasonable. Plus, they are super quick with getting the problem fixed. Today, we dropped the car off with brake problems and it was done within a few hours so we could have the car for the weekend! Plus when we needed a few things done over the years that were out of his area of work (like body work), he sent us to a place that was just as great as San Carlos Service. Wouldn't go anywhere else than San Carlos Service.

Brought my car in due to check engine light. PO171 code. They found vacuum leaks replaced some hoses. Good to go. Car feels tight and running smooth. Good diagnostics, quick response time and reasonable, sort of, hourly rate. I would bring my car to them again for work.

I was in my Tahoe leaving a construction job that was far from home and had an emergency where my battery wasn't charging so I researched and concluded that it most likely was a dead alternator. It was after 5 and all the nearest auto repair shops were closed so I camped and in the morning just showed up at SCS hoping they would fit me in. They did and were done by noon and called me at work to tell me. I could have done the job myself as I have done with a different car but I was far from home and didn't have my tools. The job wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be and I saved some money as they waived the diagnostic. Totally happy with these guys. They reduced my stress tremendously. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

Ben and his brothers are amazing! He fixed my host family’s car 2 years ago and even after I moved from the area, I will still drive 60 miles just to have Ben taking car of my car. I recommend him to all my friends ;)
