I’ve always used Avenue Auto and my current experience was once again, exceptional. The communication from Chris and the team was timely and accurate from the moment the car was dropped off. I took my Lexus RX 350 to Avenue Auto Service after it sustained some damage—a scraped door, wheel rim, and bumper. From the start, the shop was professional and easy to work with. After I informed my insurance company that I'd be using Avenue Auto, they handled the rest of the communication, making the process hassle-free for me. They replaced the bumper and even included a rubber trim piece on top, which gives it a sportier look. This addition gives the car a sportier look. I dropped off the car on Monday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon. The repairs were completed on time, and the car looks fantastic. You wouldn't guess it's 17 years old. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of the team at Avenue Auto Service. Highly recommended!

I’m extremely happy with my Mercedes rear bumper & taillight repair. The paint job is flawless and blends perfectly with the rest of the car. Looks like a new bumper. The cost was reasonable since the repair didn’t require a replacement bumper and they didn’t try to upsell me on any other items. The owner Aron and his employee, Greg were very personable and polite. Job was completed in expected 3 day time frame even during the week right before Christmas. Hopefully I won’t need any other body work, but wouldn’t hesitate to return if I have another accident.

Nobody wants to deal with insurance and getting your car fixed up, but Avenue Auto really knows how to create a pleasant experience out of it. Finished within the promised timeframe. Helped with another issue that I've been putting off. Communicated throughout. And when done, looked good as new. PLUS, totally detailed. The best part of the whole experience, hands down, was working with Chris. He could honestly teach a course in customer service. I don't think I've ever had a better experience, in any industry or service, as I did working with Chris. Dude is cool as hell and puts effort into making sure you are taken care of. I truly had the best experience with Avenue Auto Service and cannot recommend them highly enough. I was referred to them by Honda San Carlos after someone unfortunately keyed my drivers side door, and they are in network with AAA. Chris and his team took care of me immediately, were so knowledgeable (seriously - Chris knows Enterprise Rental’s phone number by heart, including how to escape the menu tree), and worked incredibly fast. My car was ready a full day earlier than expected. The team went above and beyond – they drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental when the shuttle was too slow, and when I needed to come back a second time for some edge and door handle tape (I’m sure this has a name but I can’t recall it), Chris drove me to Caltrain so I could get to work and he and one of the other guys met me there at the end of the day (even when I missed the earlier train and arrived after 5pm) with my car. 10 out of 5 stars. I hope I don’t need body work on my car again, but I would absolutely return if I did. I only wish they did more than body work so Avenue could be my go to general repair shop!
