Thanks, Sarah, who took my initial call, to George who rescheduled my appointment because I was unable to keep my original appointment. Then, Issac, who drove me home so I didn’t have to Uber. Additionally, Ron Recalde, who walked me through the whole process of the cool air rebate program - graciously explaining and answering my many questions. Truthfully, I was a bit hesitant to use this establishment but just decided to give them a try and I was so glad I did! Be weary of taking your car here for service. I understand up charging, but this was out of control. Pay attention to the reviews. Was quoted just over $760 for 4 spark plugs on a 2018 Subaru Forester. 3 other ASE certified shops quoted prices all less than, $320. Needless to say we went to another shop. The shop was very dismissive when we declined service. I understand your prices are your prices.

OVERPRICED!! They quoted me ~$165 for a car part and when they didn't have time to fix it they changed the fee to reflect as cost of "labor." I was charged over $540+ for a car maintenance inspection and none of the cost was used to repair anything. They try to justify their prices with their "2 year warranty" but even the discount repair shop gives you that bare minimum. I wish I had gone to my regular mechanic. If you come here, make sure to ask for a breakdown of their labor and hours that was used towards your car. It was a total waste of my time and money coming to this place. I do not recommend.

I am very happy with the services received. Normally I always get my truck serviced at GMC. When I saw All Auto was recommended by AAA, I decided to do my brake service at All Auto. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service received and how easy it was to schedule the work (because of the distance to my dealer, I always had to schedule the service on Saturday). All Auto not only dropped off but picked me up when the service was done. (An unexpected surprise). I highly recommend this company.

I guess all I need to say is that "we," if "we" means our family, extended family and friends have by word of mouth been going to All Car Specialist since the early 1980's! Now that we're mostly seniors, on social security money and these days to find a consistent quality and trusting auto repair shop is unheard of these days. I'm talking to seniors cause we are afraid of being taken advantage of, All Car has been one business that hits all the marks that is important when it comes to being treated fair, welcomed and ALWAYS knowing they did the job right the first time. In this automotive repair business, if you can't trust the work being done, then don't trust the car you put your family in! For me I'm just a talker, especially things I like ! Enough said! R.C.

I needed my rear axle fixed on my Jeep. Paul is a specialist on the matter and immediately knew what the problem was and provided two good solutions for me to choose from. I got a recommendation for All Car through AAA and their website when looking for local approved shops. It did not disappoint! This is a family owned and operated local community business that has been around for 40 years. They reviewed my vehicle and my concerns thoroughly and took the time to walk through the vehicle with me onsite. George took the time to make sure he understood my specific vehicle and the issues I was having and Sarah got me checked in and explained their process thoroughly. They even offered to give me a free ride home! After inspecting the care they called me and went over the issues they found. We agreed to proceed with repair and they sent me a written estimate for the major concern as well as two relatively minor issues they also found. I was able in the estimate to review and approve either just the major concern and/or the other minor issues. I opted to take care of everything while they had the vehicle. The work was done before the end of the next day. Highly Recommended!

I recently brought my 1987 Honda Accord to All Cars Repair Shop in San Gabriel, and overall I had a very positive experience. My car was well taken care of, and all of the necessary repairs were completed properly and professionally. My main point of contact was Jorge, who did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The pricing and repair timeframe were communicated clearly from the start, which I really appreciated — there were no surprises along the way. While the prices were somewhat on the higher side, the work was completed fairly quickly and with clear confidence in the quality of the repair. Working on older vehicles can often be more complicated, and fewer shops today are willing or able to properly service classic cars like my Accord. I was glad to find that this shop had the knowledge and capability to work on an older vehicle without hesitation. Communication was very good throughout the experience, and it gave me peace of mind knowing my classic Accord was in capable hands.
