Went back recently only to find out that the guys I used to go to no longer manage it. Prices have gone up and the customer service has gone bad. They don't care if you're there for a simple job.

Update: owner Sid & lead tech Albert are no longer here. Sid now owns Benztec in El Monte so that's where I go now. Same great service in a new location. New owner raised rates and customer service is not as good. Previous review during previous owner: Not everyone who drives a Mercedes is rolling in dough, and the owner of this shop, Sid, understands that. Having an 11-year-old salvage-title Mercedes means that I end up needing repairs a LOT. I live in Orange County and was tired of the ridiculously high repair bills at my local European-specialist, so I researched online and was so blessed to find this gem! Sid and his crew always treat me like family, beginning from the first visit when I brought my CLK500 in to repair a leaky valve cover gasket and change the spark plugs. Not only did the guys do a great job on the car that time and every time (I have been back a couple more times for service and other issues) but when I was stuck there all day for the repair Sid even bought me lunch! The waiting room is air conditioned and has free WiFi so I can always get work done on my laptop while I'm waiting--another huge plus. Although this shop is a long way from where I live in OC, it's worth the drive to San Gabriel. I seriously think that if I hadn't found Europros, I would have had to sell my Mercedes and get something lower-end because I wouldn't have been able to afford the repairs! I can't thank Sid and the guys enough!

Had to bring my car in after it started making a weird noise on the freeway. The team at Feya Auto diagnosed the problem quickly (turned out to be a loose belt) and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Super friendly staff, fair pricing, and no upselling.
