Took our 2018 Mini Cooper for inspection and rear brake light replacement. Staff was courteous, professional and service was prompt and outstanding. I highly recommend All German Motorworks.

Would not use again, not cheaper than dealer and excessive delays. Engine cover came back heavily scratched (like someone stood on it and twisted it) and missing bolts, Pictures are attached. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere for service. They had my car for 19 days (Towed in 8/1/18 late in the day and demanded it back 8/21/18 at closing as it was still not repaired). I called on 8/1 asking if they took extended warranties as they were local, and I like to support local businesses. In the beginning everything was normal they diagnosed the car on 8/2/ and called on 8/3 to let me know that an insurance adjustor would be out on Monday or Tuesday to look at the car and she will call me back with what they would cover and what I would be responsible for. Insurance Adjustor came out Monday 8/6 and I received a phone call with the breakdown on 8/7 with an estimated completion date of 8/10. I patiently waited till 8/10 and had no contact from the shop after calling several times through out the day with no answer I get a call from Gary on 8/10/ @ 4:39 PM informing me that the car would not be done on that day as it was “a lot of work to do on the car”, these things happened and he assured me it would be done Monday 8/13. Monday came, and I had not heard from them, so I called @ 12:37 pm and again no answer, left a voicemail and did not hear back from them that day. I then called again on 8/14 @ 11:22AM and at that time was informed that the car was not repaired and that after a smoke test they found another vacuum leak and that after hanging up with me they were contacting my warranty company for another claim and would call me back with what my cost for the new repair would be. No contact from them 8/15 and after I called 8/16 @ 09:32AM and at 10:00AM with no answers I called from another phone number and was answered on the second ring. They stated that they were on the other line with my warranty company and accidentally hung up on them to answer this line. They asked for ten minutes and they would call me back. I called back @ 11:10 again no answer, Called again @ 11:54 no answer, called again @ 12:10 and was informed that my warranty company is giving them grief for their diagnosis and that Now I have to call the Warranty Co. and clear up the confusion (they did not file the claim on Tuesday as they stated they were as when I called my warranty co. they claimed the claim was filed that day @ 10:41 AM, after my original 10:00 AM phone call from another number). After I spoke to my Warrant Company I called the shop back and told them they should be able to go ahead now. The shop called me back @ 1:01PM and informed me that I was now required to pay another $98.50 for the warranty company to send out an inspector again for this missed problem, and that we could not continue unless I approved this. I having no recourse approved it and she said that she will call the warranty company back and try to get an inspector out the following day. The next day 8/17 I called them @ 12:35 pm and again no answer I left a voice mail and the returned my call @ 1:52PM informing me the inspector had been out and they should here something back by Monday. On 8/20 I called them @ 12:18PM and left another message and they returned my call @ 2:24pm letting me know the repairs were approved and should be done best case scenario Tuesday 8/21. I called on 8/21 and left a message again and got a call back @ 2:08 PM stating my car was being put back together and should be good after a Test drive, I never heard from the again till I told them I was on my way down there when they told me that the car still had problems. This would be the third diagnostic and another 98.50 fee towards me. I asked if the car was put together and took possession of it then. Upon looking in my engine bay my Engine cover was scuffed like someone stepped on it and missing bolts. Do not Recommend.

We just brought our 13 yr old BMW in for service. We were given an honest appraisal of what might need to be fixed and approximate cost. Extremely reliable and transparent service. Highly recommend this Family owned service. You won’t be disappointed. The added bonus for us was also working with Enterprise Car Rental in Leesburg who made renting a car from them very convenient from pick-up to drop off.

This team has been repairing and maintaining my wife's 2006 Mercedes CLK-350 with excellence. The techs are thorough, and office staff answers any questions we have. Unlike shops that may upsell maintenance that isn't immediately necessary, All German Motorworks will explain the options and guide us honestly on which repairs are critical and which could be optional. We appreciate that approach.

Gary and his group at All German Motorworks are super to work with! They have serviced my BMW since owning it and have been awesome at explaining what it takes to get my car back on the road when I’ve had issues with it. Also, being greeted with great customer service is HUGE in the business world. Thanks guys/gals for all you do.

I have a 2008 Mercedes-Benz convertible unfortunately the convertible top would not open and close! Gary and his expert team of mechanics were able to quickly diagnose the problem. However, due to the age of the vehicle the parts were unavailable. Fortunately, for me, the team at German motor Works was able to circumvent the micro switch with Care and precision and fix the problem at a minimal cost! Thanks guys. I’ll definitely use all German motor Works in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I was told by another repair company that I needed new brakes and rotors. All German Motorworks checked and I only needed to replace the front brakes and rotors. I very much appreciate their honesty. I will return here.

Brought my brothers vehicle in to this shop for a diagnosis and possible repair. It had know timing issues so they recommended a borescope inspection to check the internals for any damage, which was a $700 fee. They ended up claiming that the car’s internals were unharmed and fit for repairs, only needing a new timing chain and supporting parts. After receiving the quote, we decided the price was too high and picked the vehicle back up. After getting it to my garage, I was able to borescope the motor in less than an hour, only to find very obvious signs of overheating. Discoloration, and HOLES in 2 of the piston heads. So either they charged for a borescope inspection and didn’t actually do one, or they borescoped it and decided to not say anything hoping to make more money in the future. SHADY SHOP AND I WOULDN'T TRUST.

We had been to 2 other mechanics for repairs and they were unable to find what was wrong with our vehicle. We had our vehicle towed there and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! We are so very grateful! Alex M.

NOT RECOMMENDED & NO SAVINGS HERE! Called THREE times for a simple quote for Service B on a 5 year old Mercedes Sprinter Van with only 20k miles. 4 days and 3 calls later, I was transferred to some guy who said we don't provide quotes over the phone BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS TO HOLD US TO OUR QUOTES. That's after Megan asked for all my details including name, phone #, VIN # (all provided), and then 4 days later said she can't find my info, after I looked up/provided all their requested info including my VIN # for their quote! Extremely disorganized, contradictory communications/information and shocking/scary service. I wish I hadn't wasted so many days trying to get a quote for the most BASIC service required to properly maintain a Mercedes! All shops are backed up and busy, but trying to work with All German Motorworks of Leesburg FL has delayed my ability to find a more competent/reliable organization while I waited on this mess. When I asked the guy if his place provided a cost savings when compared to working directly with Mercedes, that's when he said he won't provide a quote over the phone and he "doesn't want to be held to quotes"! Then he recommended I should go to Mercedes to work on my Mercedes!

Certainly so far so good considering this oil change represents the first experience with All German Motorworks. Prompt turnaround with the vehicle. Attended this firm’s open house presentation when their business was expanded. Their assurances and professionalism displayed then were backed up by today’s completed work. The car’s service work was documented for this customer as well. Richard Gentile

I had my first appointment with them was the end of September to service my 2019 mini cooper s. They called me ahead of time to get the details of my car and to make sure they were prepared and gave me a quote. They actually charged less than the quote and I am thrilled to have a place I can trust without going to the dealer. Very happy

Phenomenal experience! Gary and team are enjoyable to work with, and are both transparent and honest. I was experiencing a number of 'gremlins' with my car (including one that could indicate a trashed transmission) and took it to All German Motorworks for diagnosis. Instead of taking it at face value and recommending expensive repairs, they suggested fixing the likely root cause and seeing if the remaining problems were just a cascade of that. One hour of shop time, no parts needed, and a very happy customer!

What a great experience! My Audi A3 hybrid battery was dying basically dead. I was having serious issues because of it as most everything relies on this battery. I was beyond stressed but Gary and his team were kind and professional and replaced the battery the same day, within hours. What a huge relief ! I was even given a quick ride to work. I was treated very fairly in pricing and was worked into an already full schedule at their establishment. They definitely practice the “golden rule” of treating people like they would like to be treated. Respect, transparency and fairness abound! The shop was very clean and the customer lounge was so comfortable. The technician Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and between he and Gary the owner, they had my back. My car is back to running like the beautiful German rocket ship he is. You will not be disappointed bringing and trusting your vehicle to All German Motorworks. They will take great care of your vehicle!

I've brought multiple vehicles to them from Land Rover and BMW. They have expert knowledge and an incredibly professional staff. You never wonder about communication, there are no surprises, and many times you pay less than your estimate because they don't perform any unnecessary repairs. If they find anything out of place that can wait, they will bring it to your attention and discuss options but they don't add extras to drive up the bill. The lobby is more akin to a doctor's office and Gary has always been a delightful gentleman to work with. I highly recommend this place for any of your import branded vehicles.

My wife and I took our 2013 Smart Car to All German Motorworks to fix an electrical issue, and were very impressed by their operation. The front office was good; but what really caught our attention was the concern for the customer by both the owner, and the technician assigned to our car. The tech took pride in his work, and the owner very concerned that we were pleased; impressive attitudes by both. 👍

2005 Mercedes e320 cdi. I am a customer for 6 years now. My Mercedes was badly sun damaged when I got it. Gary and his team fixed the door locks, side marker panels and other factory plastics that failed. And the routine maintenance for brakes and fluid changes has been great. I get fair pricing, honest problem solving and fast turn around. Scheduling is easy and the night drop key works the best for me. Outstanding service and a great experience! I am so happy with AGM, I could dance!
