Took my driveshaft in to get shorten very early on a Tuesday morning. He said it would be done in 2 days. By the end of Thursday, I hadn't received a call, so I called them. They were waiting for a yoke to come in. No call Friday, closed for the weekend. No call Monday morning. Called them. No part yet. They said they would call me back after checking where part was. No call back. When calling them, straight to voice mail. No call Tuesday morning. Tried calling again, right to voice mail. Called another company for price. Ask them if they knew Jungle. They said yes. They said JUNGLE was getting out of the driveshaft business and tried to sell them their equipment. Went to Jungle early Wednesday morning and ask them about the driveshaft. They said the first company didn't have the part in stock and was trying another company and didn't know when the part was coming in. Took my driveshaft back and went to another company which had it done in 3 days. Would not use this company again. Doesn't answer phone calls. Doesn't call you back when you leave messages.

Same as all others. My first driveshaft took him months only to move to another location to loose mine in the process. He promised a new one I've been waiting for 3 months being promised it will take a few days only to have another story the next time. Now he doesn't even answer. Bad business. Will NEVER go to them again. This has been the biggest waste of time. Go to a reputable shop maybe spend a little more. This is a Joke of a business.

So, I had this issue with my 4runner I could not figure. I took it to another mechanic and a specialized 4WD shop and they told me it was an issue with the drive train or an issue with the bearings in the back. Rick took the time to really go through it and the found the solution by replacing the front passenger bearing. He opens the shop super early in the AM and it closes it early PM. I definitely had a positive experience and recommend Jungle.
