Had to buy a battery and didn't want to spend a months pay. Look several parts stores up on line. Found a compatible battery at a fair price. I ordered it then went to pick it up.Robert tested the battery prior to removal,just in case it was the alternator. Battery short, went it rolled out battery and Robert installed it for me. Very pleasantly completed the job and I was on my way. Robert, Thank you!

Employee refused to work today around 1:20pm, pissed the customer off in front of me and refused to actually do his job and the trend continued with me when he couldn't figure out which oil filter we needed of the two they had, couldnt produce said two oil filters even though we brought the old filter in. Didn't even look. Just said he didn't know which so he couldn't sell us either. He just did not want to work

The fella with the colored hair and pubes on his face treated us like we were stealing when I was just trying to find a v belt so that we could get home. The parts guy at the counter helping us was incompetent so we had to look for the belt ourselves which we did. We kept getting reminded that they were closing soon and that we needed to come in and pay for the belt that they had no interest in helping us look for.

Needed a new car battery and rather than going to the car Dealership, my neighbor suggested Advance Auto Parts. I called before going to see if they had what I needed and was in luck. Called and ordered trunk lift supports for my car. Called when they were supposed to be in-store, waited on the phone 2 times for a very long period of time. I could here talking in the background, they had no interest in getting back to me!. The service was very to disappointing!.
