Never consistent, took the same car 4 times; I got a oil change twice and I couldn’t get a oil change the two other times because they "don’t work on Mercedes". Please hire people that are competent.

I paid for the service before it was completed. On the receipt it stated that my tires, washer fluid , air filter was checked and were all full. After I paid I asked how much washer fluid did he have to put in because I just came back from a long trip. He said I would have me pop the hood to check it. He said he forgot to fill it. I asked how much psi were in my tires he said, how much should they have? Then after I asked he checked them. The technician never did check my air filter. Just poor service.

Went to this location today (10/11/25) for a oil change didn’t actually need one and instead of still doing it & charging me for something I did not need, he let me know it wasn’t needed yet. Thanks Jessie for the amazing service i appreciate it. Come to this Take5 they do a great job!

I wanted to get my oil changed on Saturday but when I pulled in the lady mgr was so involved with her girlfriend it made me feel very uncomfortable. Does take 5 double as a hotel as well. Also wasn’t sure why girlfriend was on your company computer. Can we say identity theft? The men were great but I didn’t feel comfortable giving my information with what was going on in the office.

For the most part, it was a great experience. I was there longer than 10 minutes, and there was only one other car in the bay. They didn’t have in stock the same oil that I used last time so I had to agree to a different oil that was of a lower grade. This is the first time that they did not clean my windshield.

Worst experience ever at an oil change place. They advertise a 10 min oil change. It took them an hour to do a basic oil change on my car. They acted like it was the first one they’d ever done. Didn’t have the right tools…I have a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus hybrid, not a rare car. She (Charli) also tried to sell me everything under the sun, also told me my air filter needed changing when it was clearly in great shape. I won’t be returning even though they gave me a coupon for 50% off. If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not wash my windshield even though receipt said they did.

Rose the manager is RUDE!!!!! I suggest you not visit this location. It took her 15 minutes to greet me it was only one car in the bay. She pulled up something on the computer & said “I WILL NOT SERVICE YOU TODAY, because your not getting the synthetics oil”, I thought 💭 it’s the customers choice on what service they wanted.

This was my first visit to Take 5 for an oil change and I was very satisfied and impressed with my experience. The girls working at the Leesburg location Charli and Rose were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciate the transparency when you go there as they show you what needs replacing and communicate everything clearly. The girls worked quickly and efficiently. It was very nice to see girls hired in this field.

Credit cards were not accepted. Windshield was not cleaned even though they marked they did on receipt. Never checked tire pressures. Added a shop fee on top of displayed price. Service was very fast.

I have a commercial account, and every time I send my people there you guys cannot find our account information. It was sold to me that you would be able to pull it right off of the Vin number because we provided all the VIN numbers for our vehicles. The last three times we’ve heard nothing but excuses about why you can’t price the oil change because you don’t have cheap oil in stock. So I went from 54 something to 110. This is not customer service. You guys are not delivered on anything that you sold me.

🛑🛑🛑🚨🔔‼️ PLEASE BE AWAREOF THIS SHADY LOCATION 🚨‼️🔔🛑🛑🛑 I took my truck here for a oil change on September 23rd 2025 for a routine maintenance like I always do and however ofter my oil change was completed one of there techs recommended I get a rear differential flush. I ask if I needed to booked an appointment store clerk said no but due to being in a rush to get a job and meet with a colleague i ask if I could return later that day, they said sure;. After completing my oil change and drove over 45-50 miles to my location and on my way back to the store at a stoplight my truck suddenly turned off with a notification saying low oil pressure. Due to being a at red light I started up my truck and safely pull off the road way. I exited my vehicle to see what was going on upon looking under my vehicle and noticed that my drain plug mysteriously disappeared from my truck my heart fell to the ground, I instantly looked for the store receipt and called the store to report the damage and with 45mins the store manager (Nick) and general manager ( Anthony) showed up to my location with oil and a new drain plug to try and get the problem resolved. Or so I thought! After putting the oil in and starting the truck again it started running but knocking sound was heard coming from the engine and I heard the manager (Nick) told the General Manager that, that’s not right it didn’t sound like that after I got my oil change earlier and the general manager told him to hush 🤫, GM ask if I could drive the truck back to the store to see if they could diagnose it better, however after starting up the truck and driving it to the store with the GM driving behind me I noticed the truck was not exhilarating and moved about 200 ft before shutting down in the middle of the road Gm Anthony and Manager Nick help me pushed it out the road into a nearby gas station parking lot. After sitting for a about an hour looking at a general manager sitting in his car on his phone was claiming to get a tow truck from his insurance company after about a 1 1/2 hour out of frustration. I went ahead and contact the private tow truck company who came and towed it to a Mechanic shop in Fruitland Park Anthony claimed he have worked with in the past, after arriving at the Auto repair shop, the shop advised us that they do not work on diesel vehicle’s. Contacted the store to let them know and they found a different shop to help them diagnose my truck to find out what was going and was told I would hear something by the end of that week. The incident took place on September 23, on a Tuesday morning. After a week i still haven’t gotten no phone call from the GM or store manager. Due to not getting any updated I popped up at the store without them knowing that I was coming and I got the biggest runaround. was told that the manager just left and I should come back around a hour later after coming back an hour later waiting for two hours I was told the manager is not coming today. I should try again tomorrow with frustration. I started calling the store until I was able to get in contact with a manager who then advise that I would have to speak with Anthony (GM). It’s been over a month and a week and still haven’t gotten any update on my truck. I’ve been getting the runaround about the waiting on a claim number from there insurance company for an adjuster to come out and look at my truck. I had to call the diesel repair shop directly with frustration. Then I was able to find out what was going on and was told on your end that they’re waiting on the GM to give them to go ahead and also with a claims adjuster to come on to look at the job, which I’ve yet to come after over 1 month of waiting I and without transportation. I’m at the point of frustration where I won’t be calling him no more I won’t be emailing them or texting the GM, phone as he doesn’t answer or replies to texts I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contacting my Attorney General’s office and my local Chamber of Commerce and filing a lawsuit!!!
