Oil change took about 20 min or less. They’re quick and have you back on the road in no time. Edit review: I went in for a basic oil change. And without my consent, the mechanic decided I needed a new oil filter. then when I inquired about not being asked first , the young guy made an inappropriate joke about me having a new car , blah blah, I didn’t find funny. I don’t like businesses that do not Speak with their customers about adding additional services. I have a right to decide but wasn’t given the opportunity. They did it without my consent & i will not patronize them anymore. They used to be cool but i dont like shady upsell mess. I paid and left. They won’t get any of my money anymore.

Great service and good prices, they have always been great to work with and very easy to get an appointment. They have done tires, brakes and bearings for me and I can't complain it was all done well and for a fair price. I have always got an honest opinion from them and some helpful advice as well.

Don’t Come here for any diagnostic. By the way , I don’t need a transmission or Engine. What kind of diagnostic did you do ? Chevy told me exactly what I need all the way down to struts and checked the transmission fluid which your guy didn’t even know what that was. This what happens when you go the cheap way. Fool me once but not twice! Don’t get an Engine diagnostic from this place..

Terrible experience with these people. Brought my car in got an oil change. They damaged a brake line on my car. Refused to fix it. Said they didn’t do it. After arguing with them for 15 min had to get my car towed out of their garage. They also told me me car will take six qts of oil so it will cost more. Another scam. I never had anyone charge me for more oil. My car takes five qts. Will never go back to them. Watch out !!

Very poor service. I called to ask if I could get my alignment done, and the salesperson said yes. I leave work and arrive at the Leesburg Firestone just to find out that they do not honor Firestone lifetime alignments. The time could have not been wasted if the front counter associate had told me that they are not a real Firestone store. The Google reviews were very misleading. The sales associate was very arrogant and couldn't care less. I would not leave my vehicle at a location for any reason.

Thought of using this shop to repair an oil leak after another well reputed shop was too busy. After they looked at job they quoted me 4 hrs at $150 an hour, and I was supplying all parts. The other shop that was too busy quoted me $163 for the exact same job. Don't waste your time going here unless you really have money to just throw away

They are not a Firestone dealer but rather service Firestone products. They weren't able to help me get replacement tires that I brought about 10,000 miles ago. I had to drive 61 miles to Winter Haven. They are a multi service garage and their employees seem very knowledgeable and experienced

Went here for a alignment when finished asked for a print out and they do not give print outs. So I noticed my steering wheel not straight and feels like pulls to right I was told I had 1 year warranty so I went back and said car pulling to right he said warranty doesn't cover shaking or pulling and pulling has nothing to to with alignment. What a joke and horrible customer service now have to go elsewhere for another alignment one that will give me a printout and yes your correct Daniel's auto service lost my caps... Update went to RNR for a alignment and got printout alignment was so off it was pulling to the right . and yes had issues with Daniel's auto service which is who recommended you hmmm isn't that convenient both scammers

Such kind owners I met this morning that helped me out. I pulled in with a screw in my tire. They immediately went to work jacking up my car .... even though I arrived there before they opened officially at 7.30am. 1st wow. They came back within 5 minutes of pulling tire off to say they removed the screw and I got lucky as it had not gone through the tire. They checked it was holding air. And insisted no charge. And checked the other 3 tires while at it. 2nd wow. They took the time to help me before opening with smiles. I insisted on leaving a little thank you tip as they had done so much for me. What an awesome family run business....thank you so much !!!!!

I brought them my freshly painted wheels to have my original tires pressure monitors swapped to these wheels and have the wheels installed. They did the job correctly and after picking up my vehicle and inspecting the wheels closely, they did not leave a single mark or scratch on my wheels. If you’ve dealt with many tire shops, you know this is very uncommon as many shops are careless and scratch wheels while installing tires or installing the lug nuts. Mack and Nick were excellent with communication and have been extremely honest and straightforward every time I’ve spoke with them. Very professional and friendly shop with great people running it!

I’ve always loved these guys: quick service, nice, reasonable. Today, they fore warned me that if my car needed more oil than 5 quarts or a “special filter” that it would cost more. Of course after they were done he said, “They sure can hide the oil in these small cars. It took 6 quarts and a special filter”. So they charged $10 more than normal. I later looked it up and everywhere it says the Chevy Sonic takes 4.5 quarts and a normal filter. A new scam? I hope not but one has to wonder…..

Years ago, when my mother was still driving, she used to take her car here. She always commented on how nice the staff were. Today I took my travel trailer in to have the rubber valve stems replaced with metal ones. In talking with the manager I learned he and his wife are the third generation running this place and the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Extremely nice folks and they got the work done in short order. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend you check with them if you need some work done.

Outstanding service, incredibly nice staff, and competent,quick repair work. I was working out of town, and unexpectedly needed to replace my rear suspension. The team allowed me to drop off my vehicle as they were closing, and provided me with a diagnosis early the next morning. I was up and running before the business day ended. Everyone was courteous, and the pricing was very fair. If you live close enough to consider them as your regular repair shop - I would encourage you to do so. 🏆👏🏽
