Amazingly AWESOME!!!! The owners and staff are always so nice, supportive and welcoming! I have had 3 accidents with 2 different vehicles. First accident I used the wrong shop and second I found Final Touch and I will never ever go anywhere else!! They got my brand new 2025 Santa Cruz done in a month from drop off and made it look better then the factory made it!! They were twice a week calling to update me and got 100% of all Hyundai parts down to the pink coolant! I am more than happy and can’t explain how great they have always been with me and how great they took care of my vehicle’s repairs!! OHHHH and their handsome dog is the sweetest little man and the icing on the cake!!

Final Touch Body & Paint is an excellent example of how a business should run. Starting with the guidance from Amber as to what was needed for first appt on Monday, to follow up calls with feedback & final call for pickup the following week. Next Rochelle, the writer & co-owner, could have accepted the Adjuster’s pictures & estimate along with check from insurance company. Instead she questioned what took place at the scene of the accident because of a deep dent in the metal bumper, & explained they would check for additional damages, submit that to the adjuster for his approval. He had to submit it to the Insurance for their approval which could take days or weeks. Next day (Tue) Amber called to say an estimate for new fender & realignment was submitted. Wednesday morning Amber called saying everything approved, part’s ordered & car would be ready following week Wednesday. I thank the Auto Owners Insurance Co for money in my bank before I knew why … and a super Thank You to Final Touch for the new fender and super smooth ride of a properly aligned car!!

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Miss Amber was especially helpful and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what to expect. After spending 40 years in the automotive industry, I'm in a good position to tell a fantastic shop when I see one. The service was top-notch from the first word to picking up my BMW. Now let's talk about the actual work. First off red is difficult to match, But I was not only surprised with a perfect match but paintwork of the quality that I hardly ever see out of a body shop.
