After I got my Volvo fuel tank fixed and was on my way home 2 weeks ago, my check engine light came on and the car started to sputter. As always we called Mike at the Leesburg office, he said to bring it in the morning. On my way there, the car started the sputtering again when I got to 40mph and when I tried to get up to 50mph, the car wouldn’t go up to that speed. I tried to hit the gas pedal to go up the slight hill, the gas pedal didn’t work. I coasted up the hill, and thankfully there was an apartment complex on the left side of the street with no oncoming traffic, so I turned into it. I tried to hit my brakes, which also have given out, I put my car in park which didn’t stop the car from rolling down the hill, since there was a slight hill after you entered the apartment complex. I quickly pulled on my emergency brake to stop. I was grateful that my mom was the one that followed me, called AAA to get a tow to Tires Plus. When my mom called Mike back up to let him know what happened to my Volvo on the way, Mike asked if we would want to have my car towed to the Tires Plus in Eustis, since the guy who works on my Volvo wasn’t going to be able to work on it until August 5th since he had a family emergency. I said I can wait until whenever he’s able to work on it. We have always gone to the Leesburg location, since we know Mike, Romeo, and Dave. I trust everyone there with my now “famous” Volvo. Lol Dave was the one worked on my Volvo, and all I know is they have taken my car apart twice now, but whatever they did this last time, it worked. I don’t think anyone is really sure why the gas pedal or power brakes gave out. All I know is I wouldn’t trust anyone, but all my favorite guys at the Leesburg Tires Plus to take my car apart and put to back together again and can Guarantee it’s back home and 100% running smoothly! I’m beyond grateful and blessed to have such wonderful people, such as Mike, Romeo, and Dave working on not only my 2006 Volvo but also my mom, Ms. Hollmann’s Chrysler Town & Country. We wouldn’t be able to get around without all you wonderful guys! Thank you so much! 😊

I needed a set of tires for my SUV. I checked online at Walmart and Amazon and personally went to Pep Boys here in Leesburg. The prices here were lower than all the aforementioned places. Originally I was going to get 2 tires because I had a very good spare and one good tire on my vehicle. Then I decided to get 3 tires. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait, which I didn't mind at all. After sitting for about 30 minutes I decided to get 4 tires so all the tread patterns would be the same as well as the outside wall on the tire. My current tire Firestone Destination L2 with 60,000 mile estimated wear is no longer made. It's replaced with the L3 and it's 70,000 mile estimated wear. Then I was told the computer said the tires were in stocks but they weren't. They had to send someone to another store to pick them up. So I went home and waited for a call to let me know when the tires were in. When they called I came back, and my vehicle was pulled in immediately. The tires are beautiful. I did keep the 1 good tire as a spare so now I have 2 good backup tires. I also got the road hazard warranty on all 4 tires. It didn't take to long from the time I brought my vehicle back until everything was installed and ready to go. I purchased my last set of tires for my last vehicle from here also. Here is a picture of my new tires.

I dropped off my car for repair and I left. They called me to say that the tile was actually a pice of metal that did not puncture the tire. They reinstalled the tire and charged me 0. They should get ten stars for integrity. I will come when I need new tires. Thanks guys

I’ve been a customer at tire plus for a few years and this morning I’ve experienced the worst customer service from employee by the name of TONY. I had an appointment at 8:30 and I was coming in to have my check engine light scan to get an idea of what was going on with my car.(after a 12 hour shift working in the hospital) These man starts saying with an Attitude Just cause I scan your car doesn’t mean we going to know what is wrong with your car, he proceeded to tell a diagnostic for my car would cost $170.00 and basically would have to leave my car there the whole day, I was prepared to stay as long as needed but that seem to both him.I just told him to scan my car, he comes back tells just the code number with an explanation….this is when I got extremely upset… he proceeds to tell me the code could mean a number of things all with an attitude. I’m writing this review because how you talk to people could make a world of difference, he made feel cretinous. My expertise may not be in automotive diagnostic but I’m not dumb, and in my profession showing compassion and patience helps tremendously on your worst day. After I left I went to there other franchise Firestone which is 30 minutes away and my issue was resolved in 15 minutes and I left feeling reassured that I was safe to drive my car and that I can back for a schedule appointment to resolve my car problem. That is true customer service.

One or the other kept me informed during the time my car was being worked on. They told me what they had found and how they could fix the problems. This is without a doubt the place I’ll always bring my vehicles. I had a really frustrating experience at Pep Boys in Leesburg by Lake Square Mall when I needed one locking lug nut removed from each wheel. They told me it was going to be really expensive and then said I should go to the Chevy dealership and buy a key using my VIN number—which turned out to be completely wrong. Instead of wasting more time, I decided to stop by Tires Plus, and I’m so glad I did. The manager, Mike, came out, looked at my truck for literally a couple of minutes, and said, “Yep, we can take care of that.” I went inside while he worked up the price, and when he told me it would only be $100, I was honestly shocked—in a good way! Even better, the whole job was done in about 45 minutes. Because of how smooth and stress-free that experience was, I came back today for my tune-up. Everyone there is friendly, honest, and actually cares about helping you instead of trying to upsell you or scare you into unnecessary repairs. That kind of service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Tires Plus to anyone looking for trustworthy work, fair prices, and great customer service. They absolutely earned my trust, and they’ve got a customer for life.
