I took my Yukon XL here for damage to the rear end. I dropped off my Yukon on 10/4 after bringing it by to receive an estimate from John Miller. I advised John I am going through insurance and provided him with my insurance adjusters information so they could easily exchange information. I was happy with the price John initially quoted, but knew it would increase as the passenger taillight needed replaced due to the accident. I was told my Yukon was ready for pick up on 10/17 (understandingly, there was a slight delay due to Hurricane Milton - no issues with this). Upon arrival, my taillight only had a working turn signal, no working brake light or running light. Everything else was replaced and painted PERFECTLY. You couldn't even tell it was painted. My husband informed John who then stated they would keep the Yukon and order the taillight. This was very frustrating as both my husband and I took time off of work to come get my vehicle with my two small children, one who is on a very tight feeding schedule. However, when I expressed my frustration to John, he understood and stated he will make accommodations for my Yukon to be delivered to me once the taillight was replaced. I was extremely thankful for this as I WFH. The following Tuesday, 10/22, Rob the general manager, delivered my Yukon. I asked to check the brake light and it worked - So I was thankful and went back inside as quickly as possible (again, I have two small children home with me). My husband then came home from work and looked over the Yukon, and immediately noticed the tabs to hold the rear bumper on the passenger side were not installed/replaced after the taillight was replaced. This left a slight gap in the panel and bumper and it was not flush. I immediately called Rob and sent photos as well as explained my dissatisfaction again since this is now the 2nd time my vehicle left their shop with an issue. I informed Rob I would not be dropping it back off and requested they be fixed while I sat in their office. Rob understood and advised he'd let me know as soon as the new tabs are in. Friday, 10/25, I went back to Jenkins and they replaced the tabs within 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with how quick they got this done for me. Another piece of information I'd like to include is that, Virginia, the front desk, was very kind while I sat with her with my kids in their office and interacted with my toddler. I greatly appreciated that. TLDR; There were issues upon leaving the shop, but all issues were rectified and I am now satisfied.

Tom my advisor and Angela were great, both were extremely courteous, professional and attentive. Great customer service and experience. As far as the quality of work, having personal experience in autobody paint i am extremely conscience on quality of work. Upon pickup there was some debris in the paint, should not have been told it was ready. However, advisor Tom acknowledged and said it would be made right. They kept the car a few more days, and addressed the issues with a smile. Upon pickup a few days later car was perfect, paint match and blend was phenomenal, can't tell its been repaired in the sun or shade. How they blend and re-clear coat is the right way to do repairs. It was delivered clean inside and out. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks to the Team at Jenkins for a job well done.

They repaired major rear end collision damage to my car and you would not be able to tell there was ever any damage. UPDATE>> I asked about taking my car to the car wash and they said to wait a month. After a more than a month I took the car and washed and vacuumed the car. when I vacuumed the trunk and lifted the rug, The underneath was full of white mold and the spare tire cover was also full of mold and the well where the spare tire is stored was half full of water. UPDATE 2 They fixed the car in under an hour apologized for the problem. They forgot to put 2 plugs back in. Back on the road. My advice would be thoroughly inspect your car after any work no matter who does the work. And reinspect a week later.

I would never Jinkins Auto Collision body shop; I only went to this shop because State Farm made me go there. This has been a veery bad experience, they don't communicate at All. I got my Truck back last Thursday (6/26/25) Nobody was there to go over the repairs with me, they just gave me my key and signed papers and left. Now while driving my truck, it's pulling to the left. they did a front-end alignment. And they left the covers off of the Radiator Shutter, the lower cover and the top cover, AND they Painted my Grill the WRONG color. Update 7/3/2025 Jinkins Auto Collision sent me to Jinkins Handi dealer to get my front end aligned after being there for 4 hours away NOW my truck is pulling to the Right, GREAT JOB

A big West Virginia buck jumped a guard rail & slammed into my brand new high-end Honda Ridgeline in mid-air as I was driving 70 mph on Interstate 81. Both driver's side doors, mirror, door handles, headlight, windshield were smashed badly or destroyed, resulting in over 14K worth of damage. I researched Honda-certified auto body shops and decided to go with Wayne's Paint & Body Shop. They returned the vehicle to me in mint condition in a very reasonable amount of time (given the ongoing nationwide parts shortages). My truck is loaded with all sorts of sensitive sensors and electronics (in doors, mirrors, etc.). I am happy to report that all the fancy gadgetry performs good-as-new. For these reasons and more, this Honda-certified body shop earns my highest accolades for a job well-done!

My car was recently damaged while being towed. Wayne’s did a wonderful job repairing all the damaged areas. This is the second time I have used Wayne’s to repair this car. Both times the car looked like new when I got it back. They even washed the car for me. You can see the before and after pictures of the damaged areas. Highly recommended!!

Important Experience to Share I recently brought my electric car in for service after a repair. During the process, the technician was pressing controls and actually put the car into park while it was still moving. There was an enormous bang, and despite this, they are insisting the car is fine — which it is not. The car was in park on an incline and the bang returned. They don't care about the vehicle or your concerns. This has been extremely stressful, and the service has not reflected the level of care or responsibility I expected. I would not recommend purchasing or repairing a vehicle through Jenkins! You trust them when you go in for service and they screw it up!
