We had a minor accident near the Prime Auto shop. We were able to drive the car to this location before leaving in a rental for a week. Benjamin took complete charge of communicating with my insurer. Benjamin advised us to consider rebuilding the car after the insurer declared it a total loss. Benjamin’s work is top-notch. He communicates very well. I’m completely happy with the result. The pain of paying the repair bill (after the insurance settlement) is much easier to bear than the cost of a new-to-me car payment.
