Truck is still not fixed the paint does not match its been down since Oct of 24 and its may 2025' they let it sit so long battery died and and they jumped it off incorrectly and fried modules that im on the hook for and they say they have no recollection, when they asked me for my spare key to unlock it because it was dead.

Took my car in on Monday for my insurance repairs. Was told 3 days for repairs . On Wednesday (3rd day ) I was told Friday! On Friday at 3:30 pm having not been notified as to car being ready I called them. Was then told Monday maybe Tuesday !!! Was told they were ( short on help) . I waited from mid November until March 27 just to get an appointment! Costs me $27.00 per day for rental car insurance while I wait for them to finish. NEVER AGAIN ! Don’t make the mistake I did . Go elsewhere !

I wasnt going to give this place more than a one star after my horrible initial experience with one member of their office staff, Tiffany. They say don't let one apple ruin a whole bushel, though. I got home and after getting in contact with their corporate office, Mark, the GM, called me no more than an hour later. This guy was great! He really turned my entire experience around and showed that good people do still exist. He went above and beyond for me, even though he was unable to service my older model vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and I would have felt my vehicle was in very good hands if I was able to use Gerber for my repairs.

thieves, joy riders, no pride, poor customer service, liars. this started when I brought my car in to have my bumper and headlight fixed. they had my car two weeks. Not too long, not too short. A few weeks later I noticed the clearcoat is peeling off my front bumper. The soonest they were able to schedule the fix was 3 weeks away🙄 and my luck it was the day I was coming back from visiting a family so I drop the car off a week early since I was going to be out of town and the repair date was scheduled for the day I got back anyway. since this was their mistake I wouldn’t have a rental now since my insurance won’t cover their mistake. i figured they could find a few hours over the week to help me out since they put me in this hole. Nope. i’m also unemployed and desperately need my car to do Uber eats. I got told after four days it would be ready on the next day which was Friday or if not, definitely Monday. I heard estimates like that about three times before I receive the car back five weeks later..... took them over twice as long to fix their clearcoat mistake than it did a whole bumper. it gets better. After four weeks I get a call saying that everything is finished but I would need to bring the car back a week later because they forgot to order the headlight in time and it won’t be in for a week😂(the headlight they were supposed to replace the first time, but instead just buffed out half of the scratches but I’m pretty sure I paid for the entire thing to be repaired😡) so what you meant to say was half the job was done? I’m not wasting the time, fix my car 100% so I can pick it up😂. I finally get my car back. I only had one thing in the cabin of that car and it was a ridiculous looking extension cord I needed to return the Amazon. It was in the clear packaging sitting right on the floor of my front seat. Big enough to take up the entire floor. I intentionally left it there knowing a UPS was on the way home. I really needed to return it because as I mentioned I don’t have a job. that was stolen. I've never been more disgusted with a company and thats saying something. I also reset my trip mileage before I left but forgot to take a picture. Upon getting the car back I have a ton of surface scratches on my plastic inside the car that I will need to detail myself to remove. The trip odometer after I reset it was at 35 miles or so when I picked it up so I hope they had fun joyriding my car (I have a crazy sound system and I could tell they were messing with my settings). Then they tried to blame ME hand washing my car for why the clearcoat started to peel🤣🤣🤣🤣 i’m a professional car detailer who has been doing this for 11 years now so they tried to fool the wrong person... Shame on them

Stopped by to ask about a polish or compound to take out some scuffs/scratches on a motorcycle fender that I had with me. Receptionist jumps up and says " let me get the painter (matt)" comes n and says I need a machine.... I dont have a machine for that. He takes it and says he will be right back. Wow! And just like that no more scuffs or scratches! I never expected a body shop to take time for a walk n and give advise. Let alone take care of the piece on the spot! Great people! Thank ya all!

It took me a long time to decide to write this negative review but here we are. I used Gerber several years ago and they were wonderful. Fast forward to the present. Went to Gerber on 2/1/23 for an estimate for a minor auto body repair. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was reprimanded for arriving early by Tiffany. Very, very disappointed with how I was treated by her. She had a very condescending attitude towards me. She just did not like me from the minute I walked in, and definitely showed it. Got my estimate. Made a date for repair beginning of May. Went home. My insurance company called me that day and told me to drop my car off the next day for repair. Went to Gerber as instructed by my insurance company the next day and Tiffany once again reprimanded me for coming in. She would not take my car for repair. Said because the car was still drivable, don't come back until May. Tiffany/Gerber's estimate was $1,860 for the repair. After the bad treatment I received there, I went to my car dealership's body shop where they gave me an estimate of $1,300. Who do you think is getting my business? Not Gerber, that's for sure, and that is also why I am writing this review.

I just wanted to say if anyone needs to get there windshield replaced this company is the only one that I personally will recommend. The reason being is that I personally had a new windshield put into a car that I own and still have to this day.it was ten years ago when it was replaced I first contacted the other windshield company and received very very pore service they would not correct there mistake and refund to it. So I did my homework and found the best company to service you.

I work in the Insurance Industry and know when vendors are good and bad, and I am difficult to impress as a former adjuster. These folks were awesome. They delivered my vehicle one week early, and their paint job was better than Ford's factory job. I am very impressed with the quality of my repair. A dump truck dumped gravel all over my new car, so they had to repaint everything except for the rear bumper. Literally my car's paint looks smoother and better than the day I bought it. No exaggeration. Would highly recommend this shop.

They fixed my whole car to look as if it was fresh off the lot after a 3 way collison. Being the middle car in a 3 way collision i had front and back damage and a whole lot of unseen damages as well. They went above and beyond to repair it. The team is so friendly and the weekly updates about my car let me know they were working endlessly to repair it before the expectation date.

My 911 Turbo’s front bumper and wheels were resprayed here just over a year ago. First paint on the front bumper cracked. Then clear coat started coming off! And today already over sprayed wheel paint started to come off. Worst paint quality and labor i have ever seen. Never use this place.

Update: I used 2 locations for Gerber; Bluffton, SC, and Leesburg, FL. My car was in Bluffton a month for repairs and paint. When it was returned, the paint job had pieces of sand in it, there was white paint on the door handle and corner of the door, the window was gouged on the outside due to the accident, and was not fixed. The car vibrated badly when I went 54 mph, but stopped at higher speeds. I picked up the car in the rain, so the paint job and the window could not readily be seen. The day after getting my car back, I went to Gerber in Leesburg, FL, to get the car repaired again. (Insurance warranty work) I was given an appointment in 30 days and no offer of a rental vehicle. Leaving the car in that condition for another 30 days seemed to add to the issues. My car was in the Leesburg location a week for the paint and repairs. When it was returned to me, it still vibrated badly. The manager at Gerber of Leesburg, advised Pep Boys aligned the car and determined it was vibrating due to the tires being bald and the brakes needed to be replaced. I took my car to the dealership to find the cause for the vibrations. They advised it didn't appear the car was aligned and there was an additional part that was bent as a result of the accident and it had not been repaired at the Gerber Bluffton, SC, location. The tires were worn and they needed to be replaced, and the brakes needed some work on the rotors. Update: The manager at the Gerber Leesburg location, went out of his way to contact my insurance provider for a second opinion as to why the car was vibrating. He did everything he could to make the repairs right. Other than waiting 30 days for an appointment, I am satisfied with the repairs the Gerber Leesburg location made repainting my vehicle, replacing the glass, and the tint to match the rest of the windows. The staff in Leesburg was very professional and courteous at all times.
