Apparently , a training day for two new employees. The manager didn't get his name was very knowledgeable. I didn't notice until the next day.Greasy fingerprints , oily fingerprints all over my hood , and my passenger door. Ended Up changing out the cabin air filter which was nasty dirty. It hadn't been changed in fifty thousand miles. That was evident because last time they changed it , they wrote the mileage on it. As I did the same thing , this time with the date. I did get a full synthetic high mileage oil change, new wiper blades and that cabin air filter. Overall very friendly service. Just wish they would of kept their hand a little bit cleaner. While they're working , i've got a white van with oily fingerprints on it still cause I haven't had the opportunity to watch it off myself.

Unfortunately, this Take 5 ended up taking over an hour, with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I arrived, there were only two cars in the bay, so it didn’t appear to be very busy — but I guess looks can be deceiving.

Luis and his team here were amazing! I was greeted right away with a smile and even offered water, which set the tone for the whole visit. The service was quick & smooth. The other two gentlemen working with Luis were just as professional and friendly. Overall, this team is outstanding and deserves recognition. They should all be promoted, truly!

Update to previous review. Another bad experience. My family member just went there and they forgot to reattach a cover under his truck which caused damage. I’m sure he is handling that complaint. I see some good reviews so I guess it depends on who’s working that day. And the risk you’re willing to take. I just have not seen good things from there. Prior experience was Just the bare minimum service. Maybe you have to ask now I’m not really sure. Things that they have done in the past were not done this time. Cleaning the exterior windows, checking the air pressure, offering to check the cabin air filter, and checking the regular air filter and pulling it out to show you if it is clean or dirty, or looking at the windshield wipers. They were not rude, but definitely no five stars or anywhere close.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the team at Take 5 did a great job. Changed my oil and flushed my coolant. My coolant looked like it was the consistency of hair gel so they took a little extra time to flush it a 2nd time just to be sure they did a high caliber job and got all the old coolant out. I appreciated that, thanks!

Easypeasy, no upselling or unnecessaries. Looked up a coupon online while I waited and saved 25%. The gentleman that I worked with was polite and easy going, and the man that seemed to be leading the team in the garage bays was upbeat and added enthusiasm for the work being performed. Overall great first time at Take 5 in Leesburg, Florida.

Worst experience ever! This is advertised as a" 10 minute oil change", and was coming to get my oil changed on my lunch break. When after waiting over 20 minutes i was told to move my car to allow another patron to get in front of me ( the van in front of him literally pulled out before i even moved). I told them I did not want to move since i was on a time crunch, and the manager, Joe, told me " ok well then you will sit here and i will take care of everybody before you." I told him never mind i would be leaving and to clean the painted numbers they wrote on my windshield off so i could go. He turned and yelled at me " you don't have to be rude." to which i replied " i was not the rude one." He then screamed across the bay " i ain't doing a damn thing for you, clean your own windshield." and then he left me sitting there. Another employee came over, who was very nice and helpful, cleaned the paint off of my windshield, i thanked him and left. This is the worst example of a " manager" that I have ever seen & needs some serious training on how to be an effective and proper leader.

Price always feels a little high. I hope these are fair market rates but who knows, it only the start of year two for this admin. Let’s hope oil prices go down and are reflected onto the consumer otherwise I’m running my car into the ground…lol. The Techs were great and very attentive to my questions. Very pleasant experience

Easy in & out oil change. Technicians were polite, professional & very competent. In addition to oil change, they topped off all fluids, washed my windshield, checked tire pressure & even replaced a missing valve cover on one of my tires. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend
