took my car in, thy ordered the wrong part, i got one myself. installing it they activated the anti thief system. they didn't know how to repair it, took over a week with out a car! then they tried the new cluster part and said it didn't work. finally got the car back STILL broken with addition damage, refund $250 SO IT COST ME $290 FOR THEM TO SCREW UP MY CAR WORST THEN WHEN i BROUGH it in along with lip from their incompetent worthless mechanic. other then for over priced oil changes, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!

Outstanding service. Very accommodating, got me in with a short notice. This was my second visit for routine maintenance this year and each visit was outstanding with friendly and professional service. Well done. I trust AutoMaster of Leesburg with both of my Mercedes vehicles. Great job and see you next time.

Made an appointment on line, they confirmed it and when I got there I was treated like family. He already had the info and all I had to do was give him my car key. He kept me abreast of what was transpiring and even pointed out that I had a nail in my tire and recommended I go across the street to have it fixed, who charged me nothing to plug it. I met the owner of the business in the waiting room. Was very friendly and very business savvy! I drive from The Villages because I trust my Smart Car For Two to only AutoMasters of Leesburg. The have always done a perfect job and only what is needed! Highly recommended!

At first I thought it would be okay to let them work on my car. My car was overheating and they said it was a bad water pump. It cost $1667.00 for a water pump plus labor. I also got an oil change. So all together it was $1847.00 they gave me 25 bucks off.😒. They had my car for over a week, broke the first water pump they ordered and had to replace it. So when it was time to pick up my car, they tried to charge me over $2000 instead of the $ 1847 for the broken water pump that they broke. No ma’am... it wasn’t happening. I have an Audi Q7 the labor was 489. I kind of feel like I was overcharged. And my engine light came on the next day.

Automaster has serviced my aging Jaguar for the last three years. I am so glad I found them. The staff is courteous and efficient. They have kept my car going! Their repairs are guaranteed and costs reasonable. I trust them implicitly and recommend them highly.

Happy to find this shop. They knew exactly what my 2007 Volvo S60 needed. My car has never performed as well as it runs now.The staff is kniwledgable & on time. Extremely impressed by the office manager who went above & beyond to help stay in my budget while keeping my car safe. His smile and service made my day. Thank you to all at Auto Masters.

Zero stars for terrible customer service yesterday (8/15/23) by Thomas, the manager of AutoMasters in Leesburg. I had an appointment for 11:00 and when I arrived on time, Thomas said it would be two hours before they could begin working on my car because he had “sold a job” that morning and this new job won’t be finished for another two hours. When I questioned his reasoning for taking on a new job that would have a significant effect on my appointment, he tried to give a variety of excuses to justify what he did. Thomas went on to say it’s like being at a doctor’s office and having to wait even though you had an appointment. This is a flawed comparison. If I was on time for a doctor’s appointment and was told on arrival that my appointment has been pushed back two hours because they decided to add some non-emergency patients ahead of me on the schedule, I would not be happy. Who would be? I also asked Thomas why he didn’t call me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to work on my car at the scheduled time? He didn’t have an answer. I thought he might call today to apologize for his poor decisions. He didn’t call. Sorry, cannot recommend unless you like this type of treatment.

Took my car for auto diagnostics and paid approx 180.00. I was told I would get a estimate e mailed to me on Monday. I never heard back from them. I left a review . Was called by the manager and told they were busy had a lot going on in the shop lately and they forgot about me. THEY DID NOT FORGET TO CHARGE ME FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC. How do you forget about your customers??? Car was repaired elsewhere and all is well 🤩. Dead battery 😂

So recently I had my car serviced here. I also needed the TPMS replaced on one tire at a cost of $300. I go ten miles down the road and the TPMS light comes on, I take it back and they again claim they fix it. I leave again and the TPMS is not even registering now, I go back a third time and request my money back, he says okay,. takes my car back and brings it out again and claims that it is fixed. I'm good with that. but this leads me to believe he didn't even replace it the first two times and tried to reinstall old one that popped off. I have used them previously. Last three times, looks like 3 different manager or owners. The manager/owner this time recommended a couple or services i.e. spark plugs, drive belt, battery and front brakes at an outrageous price. ($2300plus) He being unaware I have mechanical skills and would just rather pay someone to do this stuff, but at these prices he quoted, I have to get my hands dirty. Moving on, I purchase parts from Autohaus, spark plugs, drive belt and front brakes for around $150. Well I did replace spark plugs but the drive belt he said was showing signs of wear and cracking was in as good of shape as the one I purchased. Today i was about to change the the brakes that he said were so badly worn and the brakes were no where near the 3 mm he said they were and urgently needed replacing. This was my experience with the new manager/owner. All I'm saying is be cautious in your dealing with Automaster!

I purchased a used 15’ Mercedes last Friday from a small dealership a couple hours away from Leesburg. On the way home, at about 100 miles, the check engine light came on and the car was running rough. Since I was about home, I just kept going. When I got home and turned the car off and restarted it, the light was off and running smoothly and haven’t had any issues since. I took the car to a Mercedes dealership yesterday to have a recall performed. I also asked them to check into why the engine light had came on? Thinking that if anything was wrong, it would be covered under warranty. They told me the spark plugs need to be replaced, clean coil boots and clean spark plug wells due to the way the cars engine had been detailed and it would not be covered under warranty with an estimate of about $650. I took it to AutoMaster today and told them what the dealer had told me. I’d rather spend my money locally if the repair was needed. After about 30 minutes of their time diagnosing, hooking up to the computer and test driving, Tom (the GM) told me there is no reason to replace the spark plugs in the car and it everything checked out fine. And, didn’t charge me a dime for this service. Honest mechanics are hard to fine! Thank you... I will be back when I need service.

Had an appointment for an estimate for oil change and fixing a door handle at 8 am. 3 hours later I left with an estimate of $200 for oil change, no estimate on the door and they charged me $220 for diagnostic test and 3 light bulbs in rear lights. Receptionist made me sit in back room with no AC, no updates and no TV. Expensive and worst experience ever. Oh, and no oil change!

We found this shop when we first moved here because we got new plates at the DMV and the bolts on my wife's plates were rusted and stripped. This was the closest shop we found on Google, and they took her right in and changed everything at no charge, refusing to take any money from her. Since then, I've brought my car multiple times, and they are always prompt, courteous, thorough, and fairly priced. If a problem reappeared, they took care of it right away, again at no charge. It is very hard to find a good, honest business, especially when it comes to auto repair. Auto Master has made clients for life out of my family in a very short time. We will direct anyone who asks about an auto shop to use them.

I have always had my BMW 7.40i serviced by a BMW Dealer. However, as it is now 6 years old and had some pretty major issues I took it to William. It was less than half the price of what the Dealership would have charged and everything was done within 36 hours! Excellent service and great value! Thank you William and everyone there.

I will just post the facts and let you come to your own conclusion as to what was going on. My wife's 2013 vehicle stopped working and we had it towed to Automaster to have it checked out. They told us the engine was seized, which it was. They told us it was $8,200 to put a used motor with 70 to 80k miles in the vehicle, or they gave us the option of just signing the vehicle over to them in exchange for waiving the $135 diagnostic fee. The motor issue was part of a factory recall, so I paid the fee and had the vehicle towed to the dealer and they installed a new motor and starter for $0. and provided me with a rental car. (Thanks Hyundai) A quick internet search found used motors for this vehicle for around $1,500 to $2,000(that would mean about $6,000 labor to install was quoted). If you can ad 2+2 you should be able to figure it out, but I will stick to the facts and let you come to your own conclusion. I am adding this after reading their response. There is no feeling in my review, only facts. Actually, I don’t make an assertion or comment on their motivation. Only the details were provided for you to make your own judgment. But, it’s pretty clear what happened.

I dropped off my car to be repaired, and they sent me a quote that was overinflated for the repairs. I refused to pay the overinflated repairs. The car was put back together, It broke down 1 mile from the shop, and it was towed back to the shop. I picked the car up the next day, and it barely made it home. I called the shop the next day and was told they refuses to correct the issues. They charged me almost 3k. Please beware of them. Hands down, the best mechanic shop in town. Very friendly customer service. H has a lifetime experience of being a mechanic, as he worked on cars since he was 8 years old. Amazing mechanic with awesome prices. Highly recommend, if you're looking for a mechanic, H is the man for the job.

Buyer Beware, new management and customer service is on the decline. I have used this shop in the past with no issues. Vehicle was brought into shop for check engine indicator. Vehicle placed on machine and diagnosed. Repairs completed per diagnosis. Less than 90 days later, (100 miles) same light comes back on. Car taken back, placed on machine was told this was a different problem additional $$ needed. Unpleasant manager and owner stated that light comes on for every issues related to car ??. Weird answer manual does not state that. Repairs were paid for in cash, this shop gives nice discount for this. NOW I know why, you have no recourse. When using credit card you have leverage. I would not recommend this shop. Repairs and customer service are poor. I have a very nice luxury car, garage kept, well maintained and low miles. I regret not reading customer reviews earlier!!!

Brought in a 2007 Ford Mustang Roush Edition for an AC / heater vent that would not move and I was told that they could not work on it because it is a Roush. Stated that they don't have the technology for it and they could not find the VIN number in their computer. This is a basic mechanical fix. You can hear the Mode door actuator clicking
