Mercedes E450 Cabriolet - I’m new to the area and needed a new car detailing facility and I found them online. Not only were the prices amazing but they actually did a full washdown of my car before bringing it through the machine. They even towel my car and had it looking beautiful. I will never go to this place ever again. I feel that it’s just a bunch of high school kids washing cars. They do not do a professional job was very unhappy with the inside of my car when I got it they did not do a good job would not recommend

I've been going here for almost 20 years And they do a good job .. But... I went there and got the gold plus... Don't think much about it, then I saw what the charge was. WOW. $36.00 For a car wash;!!!! Sorry but I will not be back .

We took our RAV4 in for a full service wash and also purchased a steering wheel cover on June 27. Paid $34.50. Seems like something happened with the rear hatch that day as it has been damaged to where it won't open. I need to know who to contact about getting this taken care of. I had the car to the Toyota dealer and it's not covered under the warranty. Our belief is that someone at your establishment is responsible.

Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the product I received here. I went in for a platinum plus wash and to have the seats shampooed in my car I was selling. The seats looked great, but that was about it. There were areas inside that weren’t even attempted to be cleaned, the windows and windshield were left with terrible streaks on them, and the back dash was still covered in dust and some dog hair. Additionally, I dropped the car off at 8am and never received a call that it was finished. When I showed up just before closing, around 4:45, it had been done for hours and no one bothered to call me. For the price I paid, next time I will simply buy some products myself and get a better result.

Picked a bad day, Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. My bad. Staff was very pleasant even though they were very busy. Had the top of the line $45 pkg. Was 8.5/9 on a scale of 10. I will go back again, just not on a busy day like this. I’m sure the results will be better when they are not so rushed.

Pulled into the carwash to get a quote for a detail. These two heavyset women were standing next to a car, looking at me, talking to each other, laughing and making faces about who would have to talk to me, but neither came forward to speak. Another gentleman walked up and looked at them as if he were annoyed that neither one had decided to practice good customer service. He asked what we were interested in, and we explained that we wanted a quote for a good level of detail. Before the man could tell us a price, one of the heavy-set women blurted out that we needed an appointment with an attitude. This place has the potential to provide outstanding service, but with workers lacking good CUSTOMER service. I fear this establishment will not reach its highest potential. Most businesses invest in great customer service training. I would look into it.

However, this time my car was much dirtier on the floor and I learned that I should’ve got the platinum washes to actually get it all clean in the time they had. They were worried they wouldn’t be able to get a lot of it up but they did a tremendous job! It looks amazing inside and out and I really appreciate them 😊

And the young woman who waited on me, told me I didn’t need the platinum package I first chose because my interior wasn’t shiny. She said the gold plus was all I needed. Saved me a few dollars.
