I have a big truck, with a two piece split windshield. One side was broken by a local truck wash. A national chain did that one, but refused to do the other. The other side had leaked, and the national chain refuses to do any work that requires extra effort. So, I wound up with Big John's Customs. Two guys came out, and did the job. It took a little extra effort, which I expected. It cost a little more, which I also expected. This weekend, I was coming back from North Carolina, and I discovered that the national chain had broken the wiper blade during the install. This is the third windshield in two years that the chain has done for me. It will be my last. They broke things on all three installs. John is just as fast, easier to deal with, does really good work, and most importantly, doesn't tear your vehicle up. I WILL be doing buisness with him in the future.

I was beyond grateful when I came across them for my window replacement. Him and his daughter went out of their way to help me with my drivers side window that wasn’t working. John even took the time to try to remove the dents from the hood that was also dented from flying up causing the windshield to shatter. I was extremely happy with the extra length they went to. My family is from St. Augustine and we decided to take a trip to the Villages to visit my wifes parents. While out there, our back window shattered on a Friday night. The next day we called countless repair shops, including the big name guys, and John was one of the very few that answered. Not only did he answer but he was extremely polite and his price was WAY cheaper that anyone else in the area (we called some places on Monday just to double check). He told us to bring the car in on Monday at 11 and he would get it fixed that day. By 2PM I had my car back, good as new. He even pointed out what caused the shatter in the firstplace. I highly suggest giving John your business. He was very fair, professional, and did a wonderful job fixing our window and cleaning any remaining debris to keep our kids safe. Thanks so much John! A W P Site Development, who I work for. Needed to replace the "backlight" of a fleet vehicle. I called "Big John's" Mandy answered the phone. We exchanged information. The very next day!! First, this review is long over due.. Last year Big Johns replaced the front windshield on my wife's Toyota. It was replaced while her car was at the dealership being serviced. Big John went by the dealership and replaced the windshield for our convenience. When my wife picked up her car she noticed that the windshield had some imperfections in the glass, (you would not have seen this unless you drove the car). We called Big Johns the following day and they said bring it by. They got in the car and found that there were imperfections in the windshield from the glass manufacturer. They ordered the replacement glass came out to the house and replaced it the next day. I can't say enough about Big Johns Customs. Their customer service and workmanship are outstanding.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From professionalism to outstanding work. Geico sent them to replace my windshield and I am so glad I saved the business card! A window in my house got broken over the weekend and they arrrived within 24 hours for repairs. Which other companies told me were not achievable and tried to sell me a whole new window. John was able to repair my window at an affordable price and I can highly recommend them for all glass needs! They also cleaned all of the broken glass outside and definitely exceeded my expectations!

Recently my sunroof busted while I was driving. I had been calling around shops to see who would be able to fix it. Everyone had told me they couldn't help me and that was the end of it. I called Big John’s and spoke to Mandy who was wonderful. Unfortunately they couldn't repair it either. BUT Mandy was wonderful and told me exactly where I needed to go to get it repaired and even told me what to do after that to save me some money. If I ever need repairs in the future I will be going here! Thank you for the exceptional customer service. God bless this company.

Top notch service and great guys!! From the initial phone call to the completed job, everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Geico tried numerous times to steer me to their "Preferred" shop for my windshield. Forget that. If your local, may I suggest you deal with Big Johns. Very happy with my new windshield! These guys came on time and were really nice. They switched out the windshield fast and efficiently and left no mess behind. Now if only the rest of the car looked as great as the windshield does. I would reccomend them to anybody. This facility worked with my insurance company and waived any remaining balance not covered by my insurance for my windshield. John was on time and replaced my windshield at home even though he couldn’t get in contact with me. Staff was very professional and courteous over the phone. When you’ve broken your rear windshield, the only thing you can think of is how long it’s going to be before you get it repaired. After being referred to Big John by Mike at Concept Collision, John was able to give us an appointment almost immediately. We ended up having to postpone a day, and Mandy worked with us to get an appointment the following day. They were very amenable to working with us around our schedule. Big John showed up at our house with a very friendly assistant, and they proceeded to replace our broken windshield with a brand new one as fast as you could possibly imagine - great service and reasonable prices! We were extremely happy with Big John and greatly appreciative with how he helped us through our ordeal. Thanks Big John!
