The shop installed an axle back performance exhaust on my 370z. The system was supposed to be a custom fit but of course it didn't line up at all. A custom fit and installation was done by the shop crew that looks excellent, fits perfectly, and sounds great. These guys are good!

BUYER BEWARE! This guy does shotty work and he's dishonest. I took my suv in to have my transmission replaced due to complete failure. Waited 3 weeks for repair. A few days later I noticed that the transmission was my original transmission that he had rebuilt instead of a new one. That's not what our agreement was. My transmission is still leaking and slipping On the same ticket, I paid for breaks to be done. He replaced the rotors and break pads. Now my breaks are squeaking loudly, and catching. Also, my ABS, slip, and air bag lights are on from damages caused by muffler man. On top of that, the shop damaged all 4 rim caps. I brought this to the owner's attention. He agreed to make it right and had me send information to replace the rim caps. I kept texting him and he ignored me. He also said he gives a Veteran discount but he didn't apply I paid with AMEX, after paying a $300 fee, so I put the transaction in dispute because I didn't get what I paid for. The owner then, called my wife and told her I committed a felony. He refused to communicate with AMEX arbitration system for resolution. He needs to pay for damages he has caused. My garage is saturated from leaks, my ABS system is damaged, breaks need repair, my transmission is still leaking and slipping. He won't make contact with AMEX to remedy. Guess I'll take him to court because I'm out of $8500. This is very upsetting for me because I've had work done by this shop over the years with no problems. Don't know what happened but I'll never go there again.

Not very honest...my wife took a simple work van in for a exhaust leek....the guy proceeds to tell my wife 950 to repair.....950 buys whole exhaust....so she leaves and I drive the van for 5 days cause again my work van straight poison daily carbon monoxide not cool....had no choice because we were waiting for our local mechanic to see which was yesterday...it was a 30.00 donut gasket and q00..00 labor be very careful of this shop......

I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had some specialized work done on my older BMW convertible, and they did a fine job and charged a very fair price for the work. I also noticed that they have a very good price also for oil changes ($16) ... So when my 3000 miles are up ... I am coming back for that. I can't change my own oil for that price!

After a month of being told no one can help me do a full exhaust,muffler, 2 Cats on my Nissan frontier, I called this shop, they let me drop it off the night before and called 9am the next morning to give me an estimate. They had the entire thing done that afternoon. Price was better then I expected and the guys there were nice and didn't try to talk to me like a "dumb woman". I already knew what it needed. Side note: my truck came from NY and a lot of rust! I highly recommend this shop!!!

I was in a fairly serious rear end collision, and it’s going to be weeks before the repairs can be done. While my car is drivable, One issue that really concerned me was that my muffler was barely hanging on. The collision repair shop recommended Muffler Man, so I went there. Less than 15 minutes later, the muffler was secured…and the guy wasn’t even going to charge me!!! I did give him some $$$ because the excellent service and my peace of mind. Highly recommend!

If you are expecting honestly and quality customer service don't step a foot in this place. I would bot recommend this place to my worst enemy. Had the catalytic converter replaced there and after a few weeks I noticed a noise. Had a mechanic look at it. They informed me there were several bolts missing. Went back to Muffler Man and they were rude refusing to look at it. They just don't backup their workmanship. Thus is not how you run an honest business. I will never step my foot there again.

Went there to have muffler installed, they told me I should get a flowmaster 40, which I had purchased before. Left and it was too loud, so went back and they reinstalled the flappers, installing one incorrectly so it rattled horribly. Brought it back they said everything was fine, the the flappers do that. Being frustrated I went to there other location to have it looked at, they had installed a much cheaper flowmaster 10 which is a lot louder than I wanted. I paid to have the 40 installed at other location, and it sounds like it should have. I had them give me the pipe they had taken out. Now the owner has returned my money, great guy, but should not have had to go through what I had to to get it done.

This review is geared mostly towards women. If you have ever been a victim of gender bias, and taken advantage of...THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Absolutely honest, thorough and just good knowledgeable people. The bathroom was extremely clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for everyone!!! 10* The price was VERY reasonable as well. I brought in my own performance exhaust to have installed. I was given a very fair price for the job beforehand, but as it turned out the fit was wonky, but instead of charging me out the wazoo to correct it, they did the modifications and got it done. I need a catalytic converter in my other car. It's without question going here.
