I lost my catalytic converter driving on 441, off my truck! I phoned the shop immediately The Receptionist she knew "just the sound off my phone" exactly what the problem was! Worry of smell of exhaust very strong...Told me bring it in Right away! They were wonderful, took care of it immediately in shop! Reasonable price, personable & well qualified staff. *Not even 2 weeks out my "heatshield" started rattling fiercely...I call, again told, bring it right in. Same great service & wonderful staff. ***Recommend this Shop highly : know up front Problems, prices, & great mechanics!

This place will tip you off. I went there about my muffler and he quoted me $360 and when I took it somewhere else it was only $100 to reapair. Such a ripoff!!! Get a second opinion or just go somewhere else!!!

Had exhaust work done on my old Chevy Tracker. Work done on time, price came in under estimate, and everyone was courteous. My vehicle has never been this quiet. Highly recommend this place and I will be back soon for other work to be done.

UPDATE under new management new owner.... Prices are more than double. Now cost more than the dealership..... December 2025..... You have to come see there new showroom. If you are looking for an honest person showing you what needs to be fixed, stop here and you will not be disappointed. My GMC has over 200,000 miles and they keep me on the road at a reasonable price. Just got back here to Leesburg from driving to Ontario Canada and back.

I have had my car worked on multiple times; ranging from a simple oil change to repairing structural damage to the wheel arm. They have always been upfront, prompt, and done quality work. Being a single woman many shops would try to take advantage and they never have. How do I know this? 1. I speak to my dad extensively before repairs are done. 2. I get second opinions and other quotes.

I haven’t been in FL that long and I had thought I had found a trust worthy mechanic repair shop. I took my SUV to muffler man to have an engine swap due to a blown head gasket. After they swapped the engine to include new radiator, new intake, new oil filter housing, new thermostat housing what I got back to start with was a vehicle with a hard brake pedal. They had me go through 3 abs control modules and 3 brake boosters claiming they were bad. They initially tried to give me my truck back with the brake pedal still hard until I the supposed to be owner involved and they replaced the brake booster again for the 3rd time. At this point I was so upset I just didn’t want to deal with them anymore. After I picked up my truck I got engine light for abs and my truck stalled when pressing on the gas. I went through two different shops trying to figure out what the issue was. I finally found a mechanic who say that my alternator and power wire ends was cut and taped together. During the engine swap the mechanic said my battery I had that was less than a year old was bad. So I took him a new battery and top post. He then cut the ends off my alternator power wire and starter wire and tried to tie them together to o fit in one whole in the top post connector but he failed to connect it correctly which caused a lack of power to the abs and other controls. Got that fixed then I noticed I had violent leak out of thermostat housing which I took apart and found the mechanic did not put the O-ring that goes under the thermostat in which caused a leak. Fixed that issue as well yet I was still running “Lean”. Took it back to my mechanic and he did a smoke test which when removed the New intake that was installed by muffler man he notice that one of the hoses had a socket in it with tape around it connected to my intake which turned out to be the hose that leads back to the Brake Booster, the one that they claimed was bad. When I contacted the owner Dean he tried to say it was my fault and that I did it. As if I would have a mechanic take apart my intake and put a socket it in myself. What kind of sense does that make? He takes no responsibility for the poor job his people did which you can see by the text. I highly recommend stay away from muffer man in Leesburg. Not a good place to do buisness at!

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner when I had a boat trailer issue out front of his business, needing a little bit of welding done to the trailer in order to make it home. He fixed it right away and wouldn’t let me pay! As a business owner myself, I’d recommend doing business with him and his crew to anyone. Good guy with a great heart! Thanks again Leesburg muffler man💪

I really wanted to have a good long-term relationship with this shop, but after several visits and almost $1000 spent on shotty work, I can’t recommend them. I originally brought in my Toyota Venza for an exhaust leak. James gave me a great price and did solid work, which made me trust the shop. Because of that, I brought in my Honda Odyssey for a window that wouldn’t go up or down. That’s where everything went wrong. Needed a new window regulator. I paid for it. That didn’t fix the issue. Then they said it needed a switch. I purchased the switch. Still didn’t work. After that, they said it needed a fuse box. I agreed, only for them to later tell me the fuse box they ordered was “busted” and couldn’t be used. They eventually said they could “jump a ground wire” to make the window work. That isn’t a real repair, just a workaround, and it only happened after I bought multiple parts that turned out not to be the problem. On top of that, I discovered I was charged twice for the switch. When I brought it up, they changed the explanation and claimed it was actually for the fuse box, the same fuse box they admitted they couldn’t use. After they installed my O2 sensors and exhaust, my van also started smelling like fuel. Took it back, they first denied smelling anything, then told me it was my EGR valve. Had that replaced same day, and I still smell fuel 3 days later. The biggest issue for me was when I questioned the double charge. Instead of correcting it, they told me they could remove a part and make the window stop working and refund me my money. I wanted them to honor their mistake and credit that 90$ towards a future job. That was the moment I knew I couldn’t trust them with my car anymore. They seemed genuine at first, but its only a matter of time before the curtain lifts. You just have to pay close attention. They will mess up, and charge you for it. Lie to your face and destroy your vehicle in the process. I spent good money here and gave them several chances, but too many things didn’t add up, incorrect diagnoses, parts that didn’t fix anything, charges for items I didn’t receive, and a workaround instead of an actual repair. I will be taking my business elsewhere. *****UPDATE***** 11/30/2025 I Found the reason why the van smells like fumes after the muffler tip job. ******Video below****
