These guys are the best, seriously. We’ve had issues with our fridge in our essentially brand new coach for months now, and the manufacturer has been horrible. I had an issue with my house batteries not charging from electric connection. In addition, my refrigerator was not running while I was driving. Mark was able to quickly identify the issue being the converter and replace it on the spot. He also explained what had occurred from a 30 Amp connection that was not wired correctly. Well worth the call to Reliable RV and great service!

When booking the service call, I was impressed that I was given the option for next day service. Mark from Reliable RV Repair arrived on time, listened to our concerns and as far as I can tell, he did a thorough check of our electrical system. We will need to have a second service call to install a needed part (the isolator), but so far this company has earned our confidence. The service call process is well communicated and the technician seemed competent and professional. I really have not had much RV repair experience as prior to owning this used class B, we only had new travel trailers and the one delamination issue we had fixed by the factory under warranty. So I don't know if the price we paid was great, but I would at least suggest it was reasonable. Mark checked everything we requested . Even though getting this electrical system problem fixed will cost more than I would "like", I would definitely recommend this company to others based on our experience.

Rick was very kind and accommodating to be called out on such short notice. Mark the tech was very knowledgeable professional. He was able to track down my issue and make a temp repair until the required parts arrived, so I could continue to stay in my camper. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM WHEN IM IN FLORIDA. My parts arived and they came back out to complete the repair. Once they actually got into the wiring it was totaly wrong from the factory. I was very impressed with there electrical knowledge and the way they apporched the troublshooting. Again completely I am completely satisfied and will keep them on speed dail for any future repairs! Very professioanl company and a great group of people to have in your tool belt!

Very communicative and tech was ultimately able to fix both items. The downside is too many return visits for diagnostics, parts, more diagnostics. With each mobile visit there is a charge. I was also hoping since the tech works mobile, that the fees would be less than a garage, but not the case.

Very knowledgeable and definitely want to make sure things are done right. My entire slide had to be rebuilt including right/left columns, both motors, and all six rails. They tackled this project with confidence and precision. They also had consistent and knowledgeable communication throughout the entire engagement which included working with the manufacturer warranty and down to the time they left their location with updated link to watch their progress. Paid to have a Class A RV inspected. Charles came out and did a fantastic and thorough job inspecting the rv. His prior experience as a Diesel mechanic definitely made me more confident in my purchase and his inspection. Not only that, but Charles answered many questions I had and was willing to look at things I mentioned as well as provide honest feedback on multiple systems of the rv. He was conversational, pleseant and professional. His demeanor left such a great impression I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys to inspect and will definitely be using these guys to service and repair. Their candor is unmatched and you honestly feel like you just hired a buddy of yours to come out and inspect/service your rig. He'd tell you what really needs to be done and what doesn't and what you can expect to pay. To tell y'all I'm impressed with these guys doesn't even do justice. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Best service and most experienced techs ever!! Our converter went out last night. I called before they were open. Then tried to make an appointment and Monday was the first available time online and it was Thursday. I wasn’t sure what to do as my fridge, lights and water heater would not work as the 12 volt was out. Then I get a call from reliable even though I never left a message. They called back because the noticed I called a few times. I never even made an appointment. Now that is incredible customer service!! Then she said they could come today to ensure it was the converter and then would need to come back once approved by our extended maintenance insurance. We were ok with that since we bought a trickle charger for the battery. Rick came in the afternoon and was so nice. He immediately found the converter was broken and said we might be able to get it approved in the next 30 minutes and fix today. OMG!!! Amazing! So there were 2 or 3 people from the company working to answer all the questions from the insurance company, then the insurance company called my husband and it was approved. Of course Insurance would not approve the entire amount so Reliant reduced their cost and everything was fixed and it only cost me $200 which was the deductible anyway. Same day amazing service!!! Wow! You just don’t find companies like this anymore. I will never call any other company to fix my camper. These guys are the best. Plus while we waited for approval, Rick gave me some tips for the camper which is amazing and will prevent any other future problems with other parts of my camper. Thank you Rick, Dylan and whomever called me back! Reliable is #1 in my book and don’t hesitate to call them for any issues!!
