Amazing work and my Kia Sorrento looks like new again! The staff is so nice and kept me informed of the progress along the way. They worked with my insurance and I had no issues from drop off to pick up. Other shops told me 2-3 weeks but as promised Community had it done in less than a week. They were so kind and restored my faith in repair shops since the damage was created by a glass replacement company. Truly a professional organization that is committed to building relationships! I will definitely use them again and recommend everyone I know.

I cannot say enough great things about Community Collision! Unfortunately I found myself in need of repairs due to being rear-ended. From the moment I walked into Community Collision to the day i picked up my vehicle they were amazing. Warm, friendly, efficient, professional and my car looks brand new! I was lucky enough to get work done by them not once…but twice, for two accidents. I hope I won’t need body work done a third time, but I take comfort knowing that if I do, I found the best possible body shop around with the most wonderful, accommodating, friendly staff. The receptionist Lori was incredibly welcoming and was effective communicator throughout the whole process with me. Andrew and Taylor were also incredibly kind, helpful, understanding, and made things easy for me to understand as someone who doesn’t speak car lingo. My car was done in an efficient amount of time and it looks as perfect as it did when I rolled it out of the dealership when I bought it years ago. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I will recommend them to everyone I possibly can. I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of the great service myself and my car received! Edit: Turns out I did need them for a third accident! I stand by my first review and will always use them (god forbid there’s a fourth accident) and will always recommend them! Absolutely flawless work, phenomenal customer service, excellent communication, all the things I give 100000/10 stars.

We have 2008 Mazda MX-5 with some front bumper wear/damage which we took to Community Collision for an estimate. We needed to replace the bumper and after talking with Andrew, we knew that we wanted them to do that work for us. We felt confident in their abilities after seeing countless 5-star reviews on them. Now that the work is completed, we wanted to share our experience. Bear in mind that to me 'satisfactory' translates to being borderline acceptable, so my standard is not average. With CC, I can honestly say that the entire experience was positive from beginning to end. The unhurried discussion with the estimate, the explanation of the work scope, the communication, the work being completed on schedule and the end result is exceptional. The automobile looks beautiful and they also cleaned the car inside and out afterward. You couldn't ask for a better result and they guarantee the paint job for life! We will easily recommend them and will return for work on any of our vehicles should they ever need it in the future. This is a model for how a business should be run.

Just picked up my Nissan Rogue Sport. Rob and his team were amazing! I had a dent in the front passenger panel and I was nervous because of the paint matching. They even offer a coffee bar and ice cream while you wait. They are in the old Seed Company building. I even saw another '57 Chevy Bel Air being worked on there. A convertible beauty!

Unfortunately I experienced a minor home garage mishap in my (saved up for a lifetime) dream car a 2022 Mercedes AMG SL. I did research on who is 'top shelf' on repairing aluminum and amazingly they were right here in Leesburg at Community Collision Inc. They did an excellent (can't tell anything ever happened) job of massaging the front fender with it's curve / re-curve expertly restored. Apologize for any appearance of streaks in paint (from flash) as it is perfect. See before/after photo(s) attached. The Owner is personally involved in insuring complete customer satisfaction. I had my 20 year old Lexus repaired of some minor scratches and dings and painted. They painted the hood, the trunk and one quarter panel. I was very nervous if they could blend the colors as metallic silver is difficult. Community Collision went beyond my expectations. I took my Ford F150 to community collision centers after the Ford dealership recommended them. A lawn service trailer backed into the front grill in my truck. They repaired my truck and now it looks like it never happened came out beautiful. They’re very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, this is the best body shop in Leesburg. They did collision repair on my neighbor's Tesla and it looks better than new. They also painted a door handle off an old car and matched the paint so well, it looks original. David Laszlo the Director of Operations is an great person and will treat you right. On a recommendation from a friend, we took our 2025 Lexus to Community Collision for repair to the rear spoiler that had an encounter with the garage door. They were great and the repair was made quickly and very professionally. Looks like new. Scott was a pleasure to work with and he communicated throughout the process. Repair was half what the dealer’s outside body shop estimated. Highly recommend! But, I hope I won’t need their services again soon.

I went to Community Collision because other body shops wouldn’t do what I needed done on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. I needed an insurance claim repair for a side dent and trim painted. Other repair shops was only interested in insurance claim. Community collision came through. They did a great job on my grill and rear spoiler. And they repaired the insurance claim dent. The Jeep looks great. Highly recommend.
