Excellent company on 4/18/25 send a nice guy named Miguel he came around 2am, 30 min after the service call, very patient knowledgeable pulled me out from a very Sandy place that I thought it was hard grass surface turned out to be actually sand is "Florida" 🤷🏿‍♂️ near the Coast I messep up 🤦🏻‍♂️loaded with 43.500lb, I have made some mistakes like disconnecting from trailer but Miguel helped me in every way, a total Pro with over 20 years of experience he told me. THANKS BROTHER 🙏💪🏻🚛

Had a car accident and they picked up my car. The guy was very rude and was rushing me while I was on the phone trying to get my family to my location to help me. He kept yelling and rushing me for the keys and for me to put the car in neutral. When I went to get the stuff out of the car 2days later there was missing tools and my straps were miss. Someone had stolen out my car for some reason they left my tire pump and a few other thing maybe they didn't need/want it. But there was supposed to be security or at least camera. And no one cared. Sad! Just wanted to get this out because no one would hear me out over there. Its not a big deal it just stuff I can replace but I shouldn't have to go through this especially after getting into a car accident that smashed the front and back end of my car totaling it!

Yesterday my day started really bad with my RV’s engine powering down and having to pull over to the side of the road and call Good Sam. And then Miguel from Ace‘s towing showed up and things went from bad to better. He professionally and precisely hooked up my RV, disconnected my axle. Miquel knew exactly what to do, while being friendly and knowledgeable about towing my 44’ diesel pusher. He gave me a lift with the RV safely in tow to Ocala to drop it off for service. I got stuck at a family property pretty far out in the country with a flat tire. When Aces arrived, there were a few problems with my spare that required some extra tools. Mark was at the house for probably an hour if not longer. He grabbed what he needed from the garage and got the job done. Mark went so above and beyond to get me back on the road and to my job. Aces towing & Auto Repair was the only business with a driver available last night . My friend and I sat on the side of the road waiting for HOURS for triple A. One call to aces towing and Colton was there to help us within 45 minutes, he went above and beyond ensuring our safety and the security of our vehicle. Not only was Colton very professional but he was pleasant to speak with. He even looked up stores that had our tire size in stock, He THEN went the extra mile by referring us to a lovely affordable hotel close to where our car was being repaired & then took us to the hotel!! Shredded A tire with damage to my truck on southbound interstate 75 near Wildwood. My insurance company sent out Mark Peace. Mark quickly and efficiently assessed my needs and had me hooked up and on the back of his flatbed wrecker in no time. When we got to my house in Tampa, I asked Mark if he could put my truck in my driveway which is very narrow with two concrete walls on the side of it. He skillfully was able to maneuver that huge truck into my driveway and drop my truck where I’ll be able to work on it. Marked help turn an unfortunate experience into a positive experience. I know if I have any kind of car trouble in Leesburg that I’ll be calling Ace‘s towing an auto repair for help. Thanks again, Mark!

This company is not the company you should call if you want your car towed , parked in your yard and not in the side of the street. The driver John was trying to jump my car off while it was still on the back of his truck. I was telling him that I just purchased the battery yesterday and it wasn’t the battery. He ignored me and continued to try to jump it off. Then when that didn’t work he rolled my car off of his tow truck next to the street near my house not in my yard. I asked him if he could pull it in the yard and again he ignored me. Then he disconnected his towing equipment, gave me my key and left. I called the tow company and asked to speak with the manager. The guy that answered the phone asked what was the call about. I asked was he the manager he said yes. I asked his name and he said “Nick”. He said their policy is not to pull into the yard of customers. I asked so you just leave the cars next to the street near the house? He responded yes. As you see it is space in my driveway before he lie and say that it wasn’t. I would have never called this company to abandoned my car on the street near my house. I could have left it in the parking lot at my job. Be aware hard working people.

I was a little shaken up from the experience but the response from my emergency roadside assistance through my auto insurance (that chose Aces Towing) and Colton helped me calm down. Bree and Mark literally saved my night. I was traveling back to my home state and I was stuck in a dangerous area. They got my car AND ME to safety! Aces came out in the middle of a really bad storm, when i was stuck in a flooded street. The driver was great. He had to get into the water to hook up my car. He went above and beyond. Can not recomend this company enough. My drivers name was Colton.

I had a flat tire and needed to be towed to my local tire store, the roadside assistance sent out by my insurance company sent Aces Towing. I have a narrow driveway with a fence on both sides, I told the driver he would have to back straight into the driveway. In order to do this he would have to drive up onto the easement of the rental property across the street...no more than two feet. He refused and kept trying to come in at an angle to load my car. I should have sent him away immediately because I feared what would happen and it happened. He damaged my fence. When he lowered the flat bed he drove it straight into my fence. I said, "You just damaged my fence." The driver replied, "Yeah, a little bit." And then tried to buff out an obvious cut in the PVC with his finger. I said, "You're going to have to pay for that." And, proceeded to take pictures. When I tried to file the claim the insurance company that insured the road side assistance company (not my insurance company) denied the claim. When they questioned Aces Towing, the company lied and said they didn't cause the damange even though I have pictures with the tow truck in the image. It was a mere $400. A VERY UNETHICAL COMAPNY.
